So far so good. This community is primarily hosting patients who are in hospice. I think the food is pretty. My loved one likes it, but that’s in comparison to nursing home food. There is parking on the street.

We were very pleased with the care here throughout my loved one's stay. It's a nice looking, smaller community, and the staff were all very friendly. Even when they had some staff turnover and hired new people they maintained that high level of quality!

Very Worthwhile! We’ve been very pleased. My mother has been there a little while and they’ve really gone out of their way to take care of our loved one. The parking is good. The location is convenient. I wish they had a DVD player where could play old movies.

I've been very pleased with them! The activiies section really doesn't apply because the resident's are unable to really participate in them. However, the food is very good. It's catered, and brought in from the outside. It is kept very clean, and the staff to resident ratio is great! The value is good, and we are very pleased with them so far!

I felt like my mom was getting very good care at the community. The caregivers were attentive and helpful. All of the people there were awesome. They were responsive and kind. We chose this community because we liked the space and the general feeling that we got there. Some of the staff recognized my mom and that was comforting to both her and us. It also made her transition moving in a lot easier for her. The don't offer a lot of activities but they do have someone that comes in to do the activities and she puts in the effort. The only negative was after my mom passed away and we vacated the apartment, they still wanted payment for an additional month's rent. It was really frustrating for us.

I placed my Mom in a home on Peachtree in Lewisville a month ago and she is very happy living there. Mom is in her own room and has received the most compassionate and loving care. Monday through Friday, the same caregivers are there to assist with her needs which includes bathing, transfer to chair and/or bed as needed. Both [names removed] treat her with kindness and show real concern in helping her get back to caring for herself. We both are very happy that we found this place that’s to A Place for Mom. [Names removed] and his wife [names removed] own and run these homes and reach out to both of us on regular basis which is much appreciated.

Everything was good here and the staff was great. I just did not like that there houses were outside. If it was raining my mother in law would be soaked. It just was not the right place for mom. She needs more attention than that.

I think they do a good job overall at 4 Seasons. The staff here is friendly and professional, and they did a good job coordinating with the hospice service that we brought in to help our loved one.

I really liked Michael at 4 Season Senior Living. He was very nice and persistent. I was very appreciative of how overly committed he was. He just went above and beyond. The facility is expensive but it is a better deal than private care which is what she gets now. I

We toured this community when we were looking into are options for our loved one. We thought this was a nice looking place! The facility itself was well kept and clean, and the staff seemed friendly and caring. We ended up choosing another community we thought would be a better fit, but this place is worth a look.

My mother was there only one week, before she passed away, but she felt more comfortable in this small environment than at a large assisted living facility. She had all her needs met. both dietary and personal. She felt like she was living in a home with a companion. The best part was the consistency of the caretaker instead of new ones every day and every shift change. I wish I had learned that these group homes existed. I would have moved her there much sooner. The staff was very helpful and provided great resources.

The house was okay. Some staff were good and I trusted them with my mom. But others were not. They were nice to me, but unfriendly to my mom and didn't really want to do what was needed. So it brought a level of concern. It was mostly those who worked at night. But again, some night staff were good as well. Because of that, it's hard to know if I would recommend it or not. It's costly, and you would expect to get what you pay for. We watched out for Mom and advocated for her whenever needed. Some complaints were handled, and a few were not. My desire for a place like that is that the greatest concern would be for the well being of the clients. But that was not always the case. One other thing I noticed, the house needs repairs. For example, the toilet paper holder and towel racks in the bathroom were all broken off and were like that the entire time she was there. Not sure why they were never fixed.

I moved my mom from this facility after they raised her cost of care 4 times in 2 years, and mom kept complaining that "they" were mean to her. The owner is not a pleasant person to deal with. Make sure you get commitments in writing. I don't know how much I trust him. The staff speaks Spanish to each other and often take their time to address issues that the residents have. If the number of residents is the same, then there is a staffing issue. With 6+ residents, one care giver is NOT enough, EVER.

The cleanliness of the community was good, and the lady who worked the 24 hour shift was great but the nurse manager wasn't very responsive to our concerns. Our loved one did not really care for the food, and there were barely any activities. We felt we did not get our money's worth. Possibly the owner, but the main guy we spoke to was also not very responsive to our concerns.

I would tell people to not go there. It wasn't the best experience for our loved one. The community tells families that they can care for memory care. The staff isn't trained for this. They didn't have any precautions, physical safeguards aren't in place either. I only saw one person on duty at any given time. It is a small residential community with multiple residents. The community was clean.

The visit was good. We did not get to see any patients that day, so it's kinda hard to tell. There was a little confusion at first, not sure what happened. The nurse was ok. Want to see more.
