The staff here is so wonderful, caring and kind. We could not have asked for a better place. It is always very clean and well kept. The people who live here are also very nice and have helped with the transition.

I think they've done a fantastic job at Bickford of Wabash! It is a small, family oriented community, and it really seems like a great fit for my Dad! It is a comfortable, friendly community, and Dad seems really happy here. The employees are all very friendly, and Dad says the woman who prepares the meals does a fantastic job!

The care at this community is wonderful. The staff is very nice and attentive. We like the cleanliness and the menu was very appealing. The activities were helpful. We liked this community for the great value for the wonderful care that is received.

Bickford was amazing with my grandmother. Even though she could be quite difficult, no one ever lost patience with her. They went above and beyond to make her happy. There is no assisted living memory care better!

So far ,you are all fantastic! You all seem to try to get to now mom and are trying to meet her needs.

The staff are so great with helping me. I feel safe about my meds. I enjoy the activities. The meals are good. The people who own the place care about the residents.

My mom was only there for two weeks. They did a good job taking care of my mom. It served our needs. I would recommend them to a friend. They offered different floor plans all of which were adequate. They have an outdoor courtyard for residents to use. Overall it was a positive experience.

Kind of confusing. The temperature fluctuates. 3 meals a day. Have your own room. You can get your own heater. Get laundry and medication taken care of.

I love it here. It is one of the finest places they could have bought me. I am never lonely. I made friends. It is clean.

Have lived in Johnson Village since April 2019. I found good caring people in Johnson Village! Recommend this place to others!!!

My sister in law has lived there for five months. She is very fond of all staff members. She also reports that the food is very good. She feels very secure there. Another resident (friend) describes it as living like a queen. “I go to a meal, don’t have to clean the dishes, and when I return to my apartment my clean laundry is there waiting for me.” Recently payroll has been late frequently. Administration is working to solve cash flow difficulties. The incredible staff is committed to residents enough to tolerate this situation.

It's okay. I like it all right. It's a good place.

I toured here, and I was not very impressed with it at all. The only good thing I saw is that my dad would have other people his age to talk with and be around.

O.K., older facility, do able. Rates include all services, medication mgt, grooming assist, etc. Affordable, odors noticeable through out - noon meal and diner.

When I toured there in May 2019, a Staff member came to an area in the dining room in the back and was yelling something about paying her and demanded her check. Not a good impression. The other residents didnt look too happy with their meal either. Most of the plates didnt look like they were eaten. A staff member named [name removed] said outloud that she would not eat the food either and the residents at the table agreed.
