I was so excited to move my parents to Vermilion Pl. [name removed] is an amazing, compassionate powerhouse of a woman I don't know what I would have done without her. The employee's are sweet, caring people. The apartment was the most spacious that we had found on touring other assisted living facilities. They are very straight-forward with their pricing. No hidden add ons. I am so grateful and relieved that they are residents there.

My husband has been at Arden Courts since[ date removed] They are taking very good care of him. The staff is very helpful and professional and he is adjusting very well.

I was happy with the care given to [name removed] and would rate all areas a 5. I was glad that he was out in the community most of the day and not left in his room. The outside area was nice and he liked being outside when I was there. I felt comfortable asking questions and my concerns were always addressed.

Everyone is very nice, polite and caring and yes, we would recommend 1019 Senior Living Vermillion Place to other families based on the experience so far.

All employees are great at helping me and [name removed] out. If I can't get her on the phone, they dial me back from her room. Everything I send her gets to her room, then I receive a note saying so from the director. There really isn't anything negative.

The staff is very friendly if he needs anything, help is always there. My dad said the food is never warm.

I visited Arden Courts of Kenwood right after my partner/wife was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s. She did not enter the facility until a year later. The director, [name removed] , was so helpful and compassionate. So was my contact [name removed] . Now I visit often, different times of the day and evening. Their activities director is amazingly patient and compassionate. So are the aides. The only minus is that [name removed] is not thrilled with the meals. Of course she was used to eating out quite a bit with many choices. She has her own room, small but adequate. One thing I especially love about this place is that they can go outside (gated), with a walkway, flowers, and tables to sit at. Being outside in nature can be so healing; this amenity won me over!

What we like the most about Arden Courts is that the main thing is they are an Alzheimer, dementia facility. They know how to redirect their residents and they keep them busy with the variety of activities.

would say the food is mediocre at best, but we are foodies so that might not be as fair as it could be. Also, the rooms are very small and not very inviting or warm. There's only one chair per room so I had to buy a leather recliner for my husband to sit in. Staff though is very friendly and caring. I suppose that's the most important thing.

They have been great. The transition was very easy. My father in law is actually thriving. I am very pleased with everything. The size of the rooms. They were not set up like hospital rooms. Separate living area, bedroom

Awesome, clean and purposeful life stations for residents to replicate daily tasks and life skills. Very friendly and engaging staff! I would definitely consider this community for memory care needs.

This place feels like home. My aunt is a resident coming from a different facility and it seems like she just came back to life. She is happier, up and moving more than what she was doing. The communication is great and the staff are welcoming.

The minute the owners took over my air conditioning in July repair, the ramp was repaired and any questions that I has were responded in a day! This is getting lighting outside, installed and doors with locks so no one can inter without authorization. Safety for residents became an immediate issue on their agenda!
