Do not recommend!

If I could give this facility 0 stars, I would. The owner is not concerned about his residents, he hires incompetent employees, and does not return or reply to phone calls, letters or emails. One Certified Nursing Assistant (sometimes the employee is not certified ), on a shift is expected to care for all of the resident's needs, as well as clean and cook. The meals are not well planned or nutritious. My 84 year old mother unfortunately lived at Willow Creek until I was able to move her to [community removed]. My mother was mistreated verbally, she would go days and days without her trash emptied or bathroom cleaned. The Wyoming Department of Health - Aging Division have done several surveys of this facility and they have been sighted. I do recommend that your LOVED one live here.

Review of Willow Creek Of Buffalo

The staff and managers are professional, caring, and helpful. They also give you a choice of food if you don't like the menu. It is also in a quiet neighborhood and the grocery store and pharmacy are walking distance and they deliver.
