Victorian Estates is a life saver since I know that my mom will be well taken care of during those times when I must travel out of state for short periods. She receives 3 meals per day, her laundry is done once per week and any medications she needs are administered by VE. Additionally, she has the option to receive assistance with bathing and VE has activities for all of the residents. There are multiple family nights throughout the year and the facility is clean and functional. I've had dealings with several staff members and they are very helpful and quickly informs me if there is an issue with my mom. I'm very thankful for Victorian Estates staff and that my mom is safe and cared for.
