The small, home like environment was a perfect fit - staff go above and beyond to support each resident as an individual and treat them like family. There were always plenty of fun activities and opportunities for companionship. She absolutely loved and looked forward to delicious meals every day. One of the chefs used to make her favorite chocolate chip cookies and send them to her room! A caregiver learned her favorite author and bought books for her when she had read through the library's offerings! Especially during COVID, it was such a relief to all of us that she was being so well cared for, her medications were managed, her needs met and she was being nurtured during a time we could only visit by telephone.
