A nice community
What we really like about the community is the food selection etc. and activity opportunities were great. I think they experienced a change in staff personalities when the managers changed. I know that is a tough role to fill, but a very important one. Really no complaints overall with her time there

Robinwood Review
I picked this community, because they offer 3 meals per day. The salad bar is very good. The experience with the community is good. I like the rooms, walk in closet, and the garage is available for rent. It is a little expensive but most places I looked at were also expensive. With three meals per day not much additional expenses.

Give them a chance - could be a good fit for your family member.
I was a little caught off guard when it was time to get my mom's deposit back. Originally they said I would get about half the deposit back. But they ended up taking the vast majority of the several thousand dollar deposit, due to a state tax they said. And they also did not give a refund for unused meals. It started off fine until it was time to move out. The people were very nice and caring overall and really did their best. Except for the male front desk person, who was a little rude. But the lady at the front was wonderful. And the apartments were decent. The food was good too, especially on Sundays. The only downside was getting my mom's money back after moving out. Otherwise it was good, and if she hadn't gotten sick, we would have kept here there. I thought it was a pretty nice place.

My mother has been living at Robinwood for 4 years. At first this was a lovely place. Food was good, activities etc. It has totally gone downhill. The food is horrible, bad managers that have since been fired. Hopefully new managers will be better. If things do not change, especially the food, we will be finding a new home for my mom. If you’re looking right now I would look elsewhere. I ‘m going to give staff a 5 since bad management is gone. Everyone is friendly it’s more that the food is horrible.

A safe caring place for your parents to enjoy
The process of getting our loved ones moved in and settled was great, the community is very clean and the staff members are very friendly. The meals and dining service is great, they have very nice options for them and the management of the dining staff are very attentive and really in tune with the customers. The activities have really opened back up since everyone has had their second round of the vaccine. They do a great job promoting the activities for the residents, they will print our calendars for them and also keep the activities very consistent.

Overall it has been a good experience with Robinwood Retirement Resort. I would tell others just to understand that it is independent living. If your loved one who is living here needs additional assistance, you will have to out source it. The staff are not licensed and cannot even help someone up if someone falls on the floor, they would have to call paramedics. Residents are provided with an emergency necklace if they do need to use that. They do all have full kitchens in the units, but also provide 3 meals a day. They also have transportation but you have to schedule it. I would absolutely recommend them to others who are looking.

Nice community at Robinwood
They like living here. It provides what they need as far as housekeeping and meals. It's good for them to be with people close to their age. In case of an emergency, there's an emergency alert system, so there's someone close by on hand. It's great that meals and housekeeping are provided - that takes the responsibility off of them. The meals are pretty good, but sometimes variety is a little lacking.

It's A Good Place
This community is a great place. The community is upscale, has friendly people, and the care is great. The staff knows all the residents by name.
I would live there, if I could.
Some of the activities include: movie theater, shopping excursions, trips around town, corn hole, gym, and many more for the residents to choose from.

Beautiful, clean, wonderful staff, great food, ice cream 24/7, and so much more. A perfect place to grow older and enjoy life at its finest. Been here 4 months and nothing but great. Shopped around and for the price was affordable and the best of the best. Children want me to enjoy my senior years and spend their inheritance...why not?

Great facility!
My parents and I thought Robinwood Resort was very attractive. Didn't get to meet anyone to gauge the friendliness of residents or staff but the apartments are clean and fancy, including granite countertops and new appliances, new everything. Lisa was very nice but the main area was not very active. The store, etc. were closed at 4:30pm. The prices are very reasonable, considering the area. My parents are not able to consider this at present, but if they were, I think they would choose Robinwood.

A Caring Community of Residents and Staff!
If you're looking for a caring community of residents and staff, then Robinwood Retirement Resort is the place for you! The entire staff builds genuine relationships with all the residents and goes "above and beyond" to accommodate their needs and preferences. The residents themselves are an interesting and varied group who welcome newcomers and quickly make them feel at home. Although there are a variety of quality services available on the property, many activities provided, and delicious meals served, the thing that stands out about Robinwood is the caring, family-like, and friendly atmosphere that makes each resident and visitor feel included and special. We highly recommend Robinwood to anyone looking for a new home!

What is not to like
My mother has lived at Robinwood for almost two months now. I think her brief comments regarding Robinwood speak volumes. I ask her what she thought of her new home. She simply said "what's not to like". Yesterday she finally revealed one thing she did not like about Robinwood. She said the "tea glasses are too small". Enough said.

On Vacation Every Day
Mom and Dad have been at Robinwood for about four months and they love it. Mom says she feels like she is on vacation every day.
They started looking for a place after they decided their home was getting too much to manage. Mom wanted a place that had prepared meals and Dad was looking for a place that was comfortable, friendly and convenient to family.
When they visited Robinwood they knew right away it was for them. They had already put a deposit down at another Senior Housing establishment but there was limited parking and they just didn’t feel right moving there.
Robinwood offered valet parking and garages in addition to abundant parking for guests.
The staff was very welcoming and after four months they still are. It was not just a sales pitch, it was genuine hospitality.
They have made new friends and are really enjoying their new life style there.

Gracious and comfortable living
A Place for Mom was very helpful in advising us until we were ready to commit. Robinwood Retirement Resort is a beautiful, new senior community.
The apartments are spacious, clean and very smartly decorated. They also provide many amenities.
The people at Robinwood are more than helpful and gracious. We found no other place like it. You would never expect such quality in a senior living environment.
Would certainly give Robinwood 5 stars!
