I am very happy here. We have breakfast and lunch, lunch can be enough to also have some for dinner. We go to various local restaurants and different business , always interesting trips. Our family's experience
They have an lively activity schedule. Food is good with a nice alternative menu when you don't want one of the main entre options. Staff is friendly and attentive. Has nice amenities to enjoy with other residents or visitors (courtyard, pool table, game room).

Staff is very friendly and helpful. I've had lunch and dinner with mom. Both were satisfactory but mom complains the food is terrible. She's 93 and complains a lot about everything because she's not happy she had to move out of her home.
She just needs time to get used to her new surroundings. She's very hard of hearing which makes her not want to socialize.

Richmont staff is super accommodating- providing plenty of activity's to cater to everyone. 2 meals provided a day , cleaning, laundry, storage. Staff know who they are, so if there is a concern with mom they are immediately helping!

What we like the most about Richmont Senior Living is that it is a small community, selection of events and entertainment. The food is good too. I've shared lunches with then on several occasions. Staff is prompt, helpful and most important...nice.

Richmont Senior Living review
The residents there were awesome. The food wasn't as good as we were expecting. My biggest concern was no back up generator for power as both my parents were oxygen dependent and needed electricity. Also there were no power/handicapped accessible doors with the exception of the front door. My folks could not access the courtyard or the decks to get fresh air because they couldn't open the doors. - building could use some modernization for health and safety of the folks living there. Meals should be re-evaluated as breakfast was the same every week and there was no evening meals.

My loved one was a resident at Richmont Senior Living. This is a very nice facility, everything was great and we were very happy with it. The care, the cleanliness, the friendliness were all great. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

Would recommend
We decided on Richmont because my brother and his wife went and they really liked it. It was very clean and the staff were all super friendly vs what they had witnessed at other places during the search. It does seem like they have had some staffing shortages in the past but they are still doing a great job.
Overall I would recommend this community to others looking.

Affordable-caring community
My loved one seems to like the food. They have activities, and something is going on all the time. It's affordable. The apartments/suites is slightly bigger, better laid out, and it's a good price range. The staff is friendly, and knows eveyone by name, and treats them well. I chose this community, out of all the places, because my loved one picked this one as first choice in the affordabilty category , and they had openings.

Excellent Community for Your Loved One
I believe this is a very good place to place a loved one that needs assisted living. The community is clean and the staff is friendly. This is suitable for most individual's pocketbooks. The staff are helpful, friendly, and are responsive to questions and concerns. They are good about keeping the family updated on your loved one's care.
There is a sheet sent to the family with activities. Field trips, games, entertainers, card parties, arts and crafts, and more are some of the activities for the residents to choose from.
The community has transportation to doctor appointments and more for the resident's to use.

The Richmont Senior Living community is very clean and modern looking, and there are now fowl smells anywhere in the community. They have quite a few different activities going on and we would recommend this community to others.

Highly recommend
We chose Richmont Senior Living because the people could not have been any nicer, we were in within a week and everything worked out great. They are really easy to communicate with and they are very good about calling back with any questions or concerns. The director has been in my moms room a couple of times checking in on her, they are very hands on team. My mom feels safe here and I feel safe having her here. I would definitely recommend them to others.

My Review
My mother was moved to Richmont Terrace after a poor experience at another AL facility. The staff at Richmont welcomed my mom and immediately took care of her needs. I feel my mom is safe and her needs are met. My mom has made friends and all staff members encourage residents to be their best.

The community really keeps an eye on the residence. The staff is very helpful and friendly and maintenance takes care of any issues very fast. I would recommend this community to others based on my experience. The community is very neat and clean also.

We chose Richmont Senior Living because they did not seem understaffed, they seemed friendly, and it was cheaper than where she was before. The room sizes are pretty standard compared to the others we looked at. I would recommend.

I would recommend
I would tell others that the food here is hit or miss depending on the day, but overall it is very good. The staff members are awesome, I would give them a 5+. we used to have a lot of activities to participate in here, but they have been stopped so we are looking forward to having those back. I would and have recommended this community. Before I moved in here, I had checked out several places and to me this is the best value for the money.

Wonderful, Friendly Staff
I would recommend Richmont. The staff is friendly and caring. They are doing their best to keep us safe during the pandemic.
The food is good, and we go down to get breakfast and return to our rooms. Dinner is delivered to our rooms at noon.
