I wish their was an elevator instead of stairs so my mom didn't have to walk up 6 flights of stairs to access her apartment and having to go up and down the stairs to get mail, bring in groceries with no help from the manager as she is the only staff at this community. The carpet in the common areas are dingy, I would recommend having hardwood flooring for those who use walkers, and the elevators buttons are not clean. They also have this amazing app where they upload activities of what my dad has been doing.
