The front door to the building is locked at all times. Residents are given a fob to enter. Each resident is given one parking pass and one visitors pass to be used for day visitors. There is also plenty of street parking in front of the building. I liked the feel of the place as soon as I entered the building. We took a one bedroom approximately 656 sq ft. The apartment looks nice and fresh. The kitchen has a refrigerator, electric stove and dishwasher. We had to get our own microwave. There is plenty of counter space and cabinets. The bathroom is large with a bathtub and hand rails. There is a big closet in the bedroom and one closet in the entry way. Washers and dryers on each level for a small fee. Wifi is free but other utilities are paid by the resident. Activities during the month; game day, movie day, Bingo ,trivia or Coffee.
