Our great state is known for its warm southern hospitality, and our town has an array of lovely attractions, like The Market at Pepper Place, golf at RTJ at Oxmoor Valley, or The Bright Star Restaurant.</p> <h3>Community Amenities</h3> <p>Pleasant Villa promotes a community that is active, healthy, and supported by all of our standard services and amenities. We host activities several times throughout the day, have Bible study classes, special events and parties, and as always, provide three, wholesome, home-cooked meals daily in our homely dining room.</p> <p>Our exceptional staff provide housekeeping and laundry services regularly, and we offer residents local transportation to doctor's appointments and shopping, so there’s always a convenient option available for getting around.</p> <h3>Living Options</h3> <p>We currently offer a variety of different floor plans. We have studios and one-bedrooms, all ranging from small, medium, and large floor plans. Our rates are very affordable, and our contemporary units are customizable for prospective residents to embellish their new home however they choose. We’re also pet-friendly, so small pets are always welcome.</p>
