About the facility Park Vista - Waupaca
Park Vista Retirement Living is 94 unit senior independent and assisted living community located in the beautiful Chain O' Lakes area of Waupaca, in Northeastern WI.
Park Vista is located adjacent to the Fox Fire Golf Course, a beautifully manicured 18 hole championship golf course. The sparkling Chain O' Lakes offers many year-round activities for seniors.
The Park Vista Waupaca opened in March, 2003. We have designed a campus that provides a wide range of living accommodations exclusively for seniors. Including two bedroom villas, and one and two bedroom apartments for those who are completely independent, and one and two bedroom apartments as well as studio apartments for those who need additional support services. At Waupaca, there are a total of 94 apartments: 52 for assisted living and 36 independent living. There are also 6 independent living villas.
Park Vista Retirement Living has a goal to maintain the quality of life and dignity of our residents.
