Understaffed and unresponsive business office
After a tour of the facility, we felt that it would be a good fit for my 98 year old mother after an extended hospital stay. She had lost weight and needed rehab to be able to walk. Unfortunately, they did not even help her get out of bed to go to the bathroom in spite of their claim that they did provide Medicare rehab services during her first 20 days. When she changed to private pay, the staffing shortage seemed even worse for her new room and they continued to ignore her requests for help getting to the bathroom. We decided to move her to a new home on the first of the month even though we had already paid for that entire month. They promised to refund the money in 60 days but after 3 1/2 months we are still waiting for the check from their corporate office which does not answer the phone and does not allow us to leave a voice mail. I do not recommend this facility for anyone needing rehab services or long-term care.
