About the facility Lysander's Adult Care Home, LLC
With over 15 years in the business under previous owner/operator with immaculate service record from the county, Lysander's Adult Care Home LLC is now managed and operated by RN with experience care involving neuro/cardio and med surge patients.
Our staff have over 40 years combined experience in senior care.
We are located in an easy and accessible location in one of the refutable communities of Lake Oswego, OR, primarily serving Clackamas county but is also close to cities within the Washington and Multnomah counties. Please search for Lake Oswego on the web for more information.
We are close to I-5 where The Bridgeport Mall is only 2 minute drive away.
We installed a centralized water sprinkle system for added safety and each room is provided with individual call light button for quick response.
With a very homely atmosphere, we maintain our rooms and surroundings clean and sanitary all the time. Our friendly community prides itself with a school, a fire department station and a hospital within a 2-5 mile radius.
