They said they ordered new blinds for her room...she was there 5 months and they never got there. I had to ask many times to get things like the toilet fixed. They housekeeper was supposed to come once a week, but didn't...I was changing her bed sheets myself. Once it was almost a month without vacuuming. Although they say that the laundry is put into a bag with your room number on it, and only your clothes are washed by themselves, and returned...they lost several pair of her pants and they had to be tracked down. She also had other peoples laundry mixed in with hers that I returned to the front desk. There was a pair of pants that obviously wouldn't fit her. The next day, they were back in her room again! I would like to add that the administration staff are not very good. We have had several issues with them. The care staff are great, hard working people who loved my Mom.
