A nice community
I'd say Knapp Home receives 5 stars for all, especially the cleanliness. The activities are a bit hard for us to measure as our loved one is 97 and immobile. However I knew immediately this community was perfect. The house is beautiful and always spotless. [name removed] has answered all our questions and concerns and explained how everything works.
About the facility Knapp Home
Our home is located in Eastmoreland Heights in a nice and quiet neighborhood.
We have spacious rooms with private entrance from nice big patio for outdoor environment. Three nutritious, healthy cooked meals are prepared each day. Preferences of food are always takes into consideration for our residents.
Residents dine together to enhance the socializing of the community. Variety of activities based on resident preference such as jigsaw puzzles, old movies, current events, word games and music. Consistent, stable staff trained in accordance with county and state standards. RN consultant on call who also monitors medications and health care need on a regular basis.
