Hoover is amazing in every way . It’s clean , the staff is incredible, the residents are so well taken care , the food is amazing , the attention to the residents is like nothing I have ever seen, and you can tell it’s ran right . They understand the residents needs and how important a schedule is for them. They do everything to make sure they are clean and their rooms are clean and diapers are changed and the environment is peaceful and the staff is happy around them and everyone feels safe there . Medications are given on time and these residents are a priority. My mom was malnourished and dehydrated when she got there. Now she doesn’t even look she same . All it took was good care and Hoover has it !! I consider it to be the best in Houston ! She assisted in coordinating medication reviews, setting up hospice services and any other outside care as needed. She was proactive and informed us immediately when any issues came up.
