About the facility Foundation Park
Our stately designed home has views of the course and the lovely Flint Hills, both of which are enjoyed from our wrap-around covered porches.
We've created more than just a senior care facility at Foundation Park, we've built a home.
Foundation Park's Family Style Care includes -
- Around the clock nursing care
- Only 12 residents, all private suites, no shared rooms
- Meals cooked and served for our open kitchen, not from a kitchen in the back of the building
- Above ground storm shelter, beauty shop, therapy suite and therapeutic spa
- "Obie" interactive projection game table. Innovative care that brings fun, physical activity, and mental stimulation to the cognitive impaired
