All 5s. We were grateful for the initial list of homes as well as the guidance provided in negotiating with the care givers and finally, with checking in and following up once my mom was settled in. About the facility ESTAR Residential Care
ESTAR Residential Care has taken over ownership of the facility formerly known as Valley Guest Home. Our management staff is in the medical profession, and co-partners with a reputable home health service operating in the San Fernando Valley area. Our care staff has over ten years of experience; they have been trained to provide care with compassion and treat our residents as families. At ESTAR Residential Care, we manage more than a business, we manage a home.

ESTARE Has Created a caring, Supportive, Intimate Setting and Pay Close Attention To My Loved One's Needs
The community has been caring and supportive towards my loved one and family. The experience has been great for us. They have been able to create an intimate setting for the residents to feel like they are at home. They are well staffed, and have created an individualized care for our loved one. The staff pay attention to what my loved one enjoys eating and provides more to them at meal time, and if my loved one doesn't like something they will not place it on their plate.

A home for a parent where they go above and beyond the call of duty this one is a gem
The staff are extremely friendly and outgoing at this community. The owner is meticulous with paperwork and makes sure that all of the residents needs were met. They just could not do enough for my loved one they were just simply amazing. The food was good and my loved one liked it. My loved one was not in the home for long and could not participate in many activities but they made sure that he was out of the room and if they were cooking he was in the family room. They were very engaging with my loved one and spectacular.

The caregivers at this home are super sweet, nice, attentive and take good care of mom. She is getting a lot of personal attention. I liked this community as I get a good feeling from the caregivers. The home is clean, however the decor is depressing. I would recommend this community for residents that are not very active.
