At Crossroads, we take the worry out of senior living. Crossroads communities serve the needs of many seniors by providing an environment that is safe, secure and compassionate. Whether you are looking for additional assistance with your daily living or you are looking for someone to help you care for a family member, Crossroads may be the answer.
Crossroads at Delta, an 8-acre community overlooking the Grand Mesa, provides lovely cottages and apartments for seniors in and around Delta County. We are conveniently located within minutes of the hospital. Our spacious facility is beautifully decorated to provide a cheery atmosphere for the residents.
The residents of Crossroads at Delta enjoy many planned activities including parties centered around our grand gazebo. Ten sitting areas provide magnificent space for residents to read, play board games, and visit.
Crossroads at Delta Independent Duplex Cottages and the Assisted Living facility were built in 1999. In 2015 we opened our Memory Care community designed intentionally for those experiencing demential and Alzheimers.
