Not what it claims in this website.
This place is under new ownership and there are no activities on site or off. When asked about it a nurse said the residents aren't interested. Well most need to be prodded at that age. When asked about off site stuff we were told they have no van to take them anywhere. If you can find another place I suggest you do so. It is clean and homey.

Mom is very please here.
My mom is very happy here with the care that she is getting. The food is wonderful and she is very happy with all meals. Great staff that is more then willing to take care of her needs. There are activities offered to her, but she needs a little help with starting to get involved. I do recommend this facility for good care for others.

Tips for evaluating your community options

Safety is a primary concern when seniors and their families look for Memory Care. To ensure that a community meets your needs and expectations, we recommend that seniors and family members:

Depending on your state, you may even be able to look up inspection reports for the communities you’re considering. Learn more about Vermont’s regulations for memory care and download the Guide to Senior Living Licensure and Inspection Reports.

  • Tour the location. Touring allows you to speak to current residents and staff, and it helps you confirm the accuracy of the community description and photos. Use our touring checklist to help guide your visit.

  • Confirm the availability of required services. Before committing, make sure that the community offers all the services your loved one needs, and that those services can be provided within your budget.
