It's a nice place and it's run well however, the one great building maintenance guy/ handyman who lived there moved and hasn't been replaced so it's trickier to get work done or to get help if my mom needs...

Just about everyone that works there, from the cleaning staff, kitchen staff, front desk, aids, custodial, admins. etc. knows every resident and their needs and are helpful to residents. Like everywhere else...
