The Remington was very clean throughout. They were elevators in cert locations so I did not have to use the steps since I use a cane. The dining room was set up in a way that was very handy for the residents did not see the food set up since I did not come at Meal Time. I did get to see the resident area and the room and I got to see was enough space for what I needed one bedroom and one bathroom. The courtyard had a nice pool and fountains. Shops are very close by. Staff was very friendly and there was plenty of activities.

Always there to answer questions and very friendly. Room sizes are good. Plenty of amenities lots of activities everyday. My dad loves the music so I wish there was more than twice a week

Every time I visit my mom She tells me how nice the staff is and how much she likes it there! I thought she was going to go kicking and screaming when we moved her in. I paid a little more for a larger room and it feels a lot more like a home. They keep her very active!

The floor plans are the best. The grounds are manicured. Underground parking. I liked the sound of the running water.

[Name removed] is excellent! Both visits were well received and our mom was definitely happy with what she saw. We (siblings) were happy , also. There was no negative regarding Carmel Village and it was/is our first choice after all our visits in the area. The problem we have, and we sorely apologize to[Name Removed], is we did not realize how difficult it would be to find a way to control her meals. Our mother has no self control and her meals must be strictly controlled. Her medical issues would have been easy for her care there, but for the type of food intake. She would not follow her correct diet. We just didn't realize it until we sat down and saw what our mom selected. The facility was beautiful! [name removed] was extremely knowledgable and was able to answer all of our questions. This was our first stop in a long process of visiting facilities and was glad this was our first as she was able to explain so much. Unfortunately my dad’s medical needs are more than the facility can provide.

All areas are 5 stars. But her monthly rate it's very expensive. The staff has been very helpful and courteous to my wife. they do not hesitate to call me if there are needs for my wife. The facility is very nice and and well kept.

This is a fantastic location. The facility is fancy. Clean. Decorated. The suites/apartments are spacious and well designed. The staff really seam to like their jobs and happy to be there. When mom moved in, they had a red carpet welcome for her. It was awesome-residents and staff welcoming her home. Made her feel special and cared about.

The food is very good. The staff if friendly. The facilities are very nice. They also have a good mix of daily activities. The location is a huge plus with the amenities of the shopping center right next door. My parents can get almost everything they need just across the parking lot.

Everyone was very friendly. The facility was bright, clean, happy and very well organized. We are looking forward to touring the Valage with our prospective client. We have a luncheon scheduled for tomorrow [date removed].

It's been great, thanks! The food is stupendous and my dad is loving life! I would absolutely recommend it to others who are seeking reprieve from having the guilt of taking care of their neglectful, alcoholic parents.

he place is really clean, the staff are very friendly and helpful. Her medication, showers and laundry are done on time and activities that are posted for the day always take place. The food is very good and they cater to her specific requests. The studio apartment is much more spacious than her previous apartment at a different facility. Overall so far we are very pleased with The Grove. I would probably have to note that It's a little more costly but worth the price for quality care and great environment.

What I like the most about the community is the blackjack, food and a different movie in the theater every night. They have Blackjack is 3 times a week and only $1.00 to play.

My mom is no longer there. She passed. They provided wonderful care to her, right up to the end and after. I do recommend to everyone.

I'm very happy with the Commons. Mom is happy. The food is good, location is fair. The staff are great. It's a wonderful place. It is very expensive.

The staff is extremely friendly. Everyone knew my dad's name in the first week and greeted him whenever they saw him. All staff are knowledgeable with how to deal with the residents in a kind and patient manner. They are helpful and very responsive in getting answers to questions and requests. My dad even commented that when he first got help with his shower, "Wow, these people really know what they are doing !"
