Volante Assisted Living of Lake Orion has exceeded all my expectations as a son seeking the best for my elderly mom. From the moment I arrived, I felt warmth and positivity from both the staff and the facility. The staff is exceptional, showing compassion and care in everything they do. They genuinely get to know my mom, ensuring she feels comfortable and valued, and have helped her thrive in this new chapter. Their commitment to creating a safe, secure, and loving environment is evident, and their communication with families is impressive. The facility is clean, inviting, and filled with positive energy, fostering a strong sense of community. Knowing my mom is in such caring hands brings me peace of mind. Volante of Largo is a very clean place and everyone is so friendly and caring. The residents all seem so happy. I love to go and visit. It's a fun place. They have apartments with two rooms and studio apartments. The rooms are all very nice. They have a little kitchenette, bathroom and huge closet. The price includes laundry, three meals a day and housekeeping. They have a lot of activities for the residents. It's a really nice place.

Keep guest engaged and active and yes we would recommend the community to other families.

Volante of Hanover had some amazing and welcoming staff would highly recommend them price was also very competitive

would rate all of them at a five except possibly six. I have no idea about the food as my dad was on a diet where they had to make sure his food was mashed up a lot. They were very good about that for him. My dad was in that facility only about two and a half months before he passed and during the time that he was there he also spent a couple weeks in rehab at a different place and was in the hospital twice. Our experience with them was very limited, but they were always very attentive and very friendly. Their price point is probably one of the better ones that we looked at and/or were involved with before he was placed there. One of the things that was very important to me last year was to be in a place that did not have to be evacuated. He had been an another place before and every time he had to evacuate he came here which was fine except I'm in an evacuation area. Once he was in a wheelchair I needed him to be safe where he was as I would not be able to take him where I was going to have to evacuate. They had a good plan for evacuation if they had to and it wasn't going somewhere in the middle of the state.

My most important concern is the staff. They are all so concerned about the residence there. I go over twice a day so I spend a lot of time there and I see what's going on. I go at different times of the day so they don't know that I'm coming. I am super, super, happy with the entire staff

5 for them all We are extremely happy Mom is at Volante and so is she. Staff is caring and attentive without being intrusive. My Mother says the food is delicious and it is like going to a good restaurant for every meal. They offer a wide variety of activities and she has met other residents with similar interests. They have a lovely courtyard that Mom likes to sit and read in. The facility is very clean and well maintained.

We toured seven different properties, hoping to find the one where Mom would walk in and immediately feel, “This is it.” From the moment we met [name removed], we knew we were in good hands. Her sincere passion for caring for seniors showed through every step of the way. She, along with every staff member we encountered, took the time to answer our questions with warmth and thoroughness. The residents we spoke with were genuinely happy, sharing how much they enjoy living there and how excited they were at the thought of Mom joining their community. We were especially impressed when the Executive Director personally introduced himself and shared why he loves being part of such a dedicated team and vibrant community. As if it were meant to be, the perfect room had just become available, so we didn’t hesitate. Now, Mom is eagerly counting down the days until move-in.

My mom was in memory care and all of the the staff were absolutely wonderful. She settled in quickly, they took wonderful care of her and she was quite happy there.

The staff in the memory care unit are exemplary. They care, really care. The director of the unit goes above and beyond. I highly recommend Volante.

My family and I recently moved my parents into Volante Senior Living in Largo, and the entire experience has been wonderful. The move-in process was smooth and stress-free, and everyone was so helpful and kind. Both of my parents have dementia, and the care they’re receiving has truly been amazing. The staff is incredibly nice and always making sure my parents are safe and looked after. A heartfelt thank you to [name removed] and the entire team—we’re so grateful for everything you’ve done!

What we like the most about Volante of Delray Beach is the friendly staff and residents. The location. Lots to do. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families.

Both staff and residents are welcoming, friendly and helpful. Admin staff- some are available and responsive some not as much. Food - varies from day to day and meal to meal. Lots of activities, always something to do if you choose. Value for cost - a little hard to say as we moved from a more expensive area. I strongly recommend investigating Volante of Eugene before making a choice.

We have been looking for an assisted living facility for my aging mother for the last year. Volante of Creswell is a brand new facility and we have attended 2 of their events so far and we can say without exception this place is going to be a 10. Both the Marketing Manager [name removed] and the Executive Director [name removed] exude the type of caring and fun personalities that made my wife and I both want mom to move in here when she is ready for the services of an assisted living facility! Everything is brand new and I can tell it's going to be a great spot for active seniors to live. There is also a brand new memory care facility under the same management team being built right next door!

We are thrilled with the care that our mother has received at Volante of Lake Orion. We trusted the leadership team immediately and have not been disappointed. The building is very nice and clean but the most important thing is the caregivers and they are such gems. My MIL is so happy and we wish we would have made the decision sooner.

They have been very helpful with getting Bobby comfortable with the facility. We like this facility very much. The activities are ok but could be better. This is probably their weakest point.
