EXTREMELY IMPRESSED WITH THE FACILITY, THE STAFF AND THE FOOD SERVICE. MOM WAS ENJOYING THE WHOLE VISIT FROM MEETING THE CHEF TO THE RESIDENTS. SHE REALLY LIKED THE SIZE OF THE APARTMENT AS WELL AS THE PATIO. SHE'S LOOKING FORWARD TO LIVING THERE SOON.

I was very impressed doing the tour of Ashford Court. If and when the time comes for me to leave my Home, I definitely would consider Ashford Court on Joy road.

They are all great. Can only speak for the memory care unit. A lady named [name removed] is the activity director and she is wonderful.

My tour was extremely pleasant. [name removed] answered all my questions and made sure to explain all the advantages of Sutter Estates. I was very happy to find such a beautiful facility with such warm and friendly staff.

I am very satisfied with our move to Elliott Place Senior Living. The facility has more than exceeded my expectations. Although it's an adjustment to down size, etc. it provided much more space than any other facility we looked at. The complex has been very responsive to all of our requests and things ask for to help us adjust to living in a Senior Living Community. The living cost is very comparable to other Senior Living Community we looked at, so I give Elliott Senior Living my highest endorsement at this point in our relationship.

I really love the place and my family too, it was clean, and [name removed] was very helpful, friendly and nice.

I found everyone to be very friendly and helpful. The relatively small size, the open dining room, the varied menus, the friendly helpful staff, the simple and clean decor, the interior courts, the setback from joy rd and easy parking.

I was apprehensive, vulnerable and scared and everyone was amazing I can't say enough about how they reassured me that I wasn't doing a wrong or bad thing. I'd do a commercial! Your staff was amazing and I'm a registered nurse worked in the ER. Your people were amazing. YES, I would recommend to others!!! Super supportive and uplifting

Efficiency and friendliness of the staff, the fact that even patients in memory care can lock their room to protect their belongings, ease and timeliness of getting into locked Memory Care area, family oriented celebrations, private rooms available, availability of management to speak with you regarding compliments and/or concerns.

The value for cost is a 3 because everything they do is extra money. Everyone I've met is kind. The facility is clean and always smells pleasant. Yes, I would recommend Ashford Court to other families based on the experience.

The facility was truly wonderful. I think it meets all the needs of a senior who needs assistance. Unfortunately, the distance was a bit too far for most family members.

The food served and our choices on the menu are great! Management, from the top to everyone else, has been very helpful, professional, and friendly. I love the nice continental breakfast café. The choice to join in various activities, including a weekly religious service if one cannot ride the bus, is very thoughtful. The entertainment times are special as well, along with the piano performances. I really appreciate the little screened-in porch that’s part of the apartment and the garden area outside of it. The outside benches, sidewalks, and parking area are great too. The availability and locations of the laundry rooms and trash containers are good as well. I also think the feeling of security here is excellent!

5 for each category except care services, I would rate that a 4. Ashford Court is Homie. Everyone seems to go down for lunch and dinner and enjoy company with others and they always have nice activities.

She explained all my options, and originally there was gonna be an apartment on the end that was available, but I was just concerned about it, about it being at the end, and she called me a couple of days later to say there was one four doors down, so I am in preparation to move in there in three weeks. She was so responsive and helpful, and I’m glad I found [name removed] place!!

Spotlessly clean, beautiful facility. kind & caring personnel, residents appear to be happy, very positive experience. If the time comes for our Dad, we’ll come to Fairhaven.

My overall experience with A Place for Mom was a 5 of 5. They worked with me on mom's needs and budget. We were able to place mom at Fairhaven in Denton. Within a mile of my home. I am still impressed with the entire staff and directors. Everyone knows my mom and me, I'm able to walk in and check on mom through the staff. They have taken time to get to know her and her habits and preferences. They all take time to check on her and visit. She feels at home there and is pleased that no matter what her care needs are she never has to leave her room. They have a variety of activities for mom to partake in, outings for lunch or shopping to in-house games or entertainment. They have taken advantage of the local universities to bring in musical talent to play for the residents. The facility is bright and tidy for and the outdoor grounds are well cared for. Mom always enjoys sitting outside in a natural setting.

Staff is great and really cares about the residents. Cleanliness is excellent. Food is very good and rooms are a good size with good individual temperature control. Single floor layout is nice, some buildings are multistory and every floor looks the same, can be confusing for some residents.
