The team at Linden were very responsive to us. From Leadership to the CNA’s, we could not be happier with the care our loved one received. While I hope we don’t need rehabilitation in the future, but if we do it will definitely be Symphony Linden.

Symphony Linden is a beautiful place to call home. Your loved ones will be treated with the utmost care and respect while they are here. We are very happy with Symphony Linden. I drafted this review for them if it's helpful at all... My father-in-law has been at Symphony Linden’s Monet Memory Care for just over a year, and overall, we have been very pleased with his care. While there were some initial challenges during a restructuring phase, the staff has since become more stable and communicative, making things much easier. He enjoys his routine and has a few favorite caregivers who make him feel comfortable. The facility is well-equipped, with call buttons at his bedside and in the restroom for easy access to assistance. The staff caters to his preferences with à la carte menu options, ensuring he enjoys his meals. His private room, which includes a bathroom and mini fridge, is regularly cleaned, and his laundry is taken care of. While we primarily stay within the Monet Memory Care area, Symphony Linden offers a lovely community space with a movie theater, a small shop/bar area, and a beautiful outdoor garden for residents to enjoy on nice days. Any questions or concerns we’ve had have been addressed promptly. We’re grateful for the care and support he receives here.

We were not sure how to begin a search for an assisted living, but were surprised by the time the advisor for Symphony Linden took with us. We didn't feel rushed nor pressured in the decision. Now that our mother is settled into her new surrounding, we remain content with the level of service she's receiving and the communication we receive. The small size of this assisted living gives it such a cozy and safe feeling for my mother. We toured many other communities, but the quaint feeling of this center has proven to be the right choice. The director of the unit is warm and has eyes on my mom's care needs.

Caretel Inns is great! If you're looking for a continuum of care and/or just a short rehab stay, this is the place to be. They offer not only all your senior living options, but great customer service, knowledgeable care, and clean facilities! 10/10 highly recommend!

I would highly recommend Caretel Inns - Brighton to anybody. The building is extremely nice and updated. Additionally, it includes a variety of different community gathering places for residents and family. Along with the amenities, the staff across the facility was exceptional and provided all of the necessary care and assistance.

It’s clear that the facility goes above and beyond to provide a high standard of care, and I can tell that all the residents are happy being here. My Mom is enjoying her new cozy home at Caretel Inns Brighton in Brighton, MI. Leaving her home was difficult for her and us, but seeing her settled in and receiving good care, puts us all at ease.

Our Mom was brought to Symphony of Linden from [community removed]. From the time mom was admitted to her very last day, she was treated with respect, cared for daily by a very knowledgeable staff. They talked with her and put a smile on her face daily. Mom’s room was very nice and clean. We were able to set up her room with things from to make it feel like her place. Mom’s stay was a short one as she passed away. I will truly be thankful for the knowledge of the staff, they knew in the early morning the time was near and gave me a call. I was able to arrive before mom was gone to say my final goodbye. The staff then turned their attention towards me to ensure I was ok. You couldn’t ask for better human beings. Hearts of gold! The only issue I could say was a problem, they were very short staffed and the head nurse had just quit. I know they were working on hiring and if they continue to hire the same type of human beings they will be in fantastic shape.
