My husband was there for six weeks. He was cared for in such a caring way. EVERYONE who worked there was wonderful. Experienced, kind, nurturing, and loving. He had some special needs that were handled in a most professional way. I have recommended this place to several people.

The meals are just okay. They seem to serve a lot of items that don't appear to be too healthy for elderly people. Not enough fruits and vegetables. Communication with the family is excellent. The move-in process was very easy and went very smoothly. The place could be cleaner and have nice plantings in the front of the home and the walkway to the home. Everything is dead for the entire year.

They're very caring.

The people here are just great with dad. They treat him like they would a member of their family. All his needs are met, and if any problems come up they are taken care of promptly. We are so lucky to have found this place!

They have had new staff come on who have been great for my husband. The housekeeping is better than most facilities. It took a bit of saying specifically what I needed in the way of communication, but it's gotten much better. They are helpful and accommodating to schedules for move in. I don't know about the food, but it seems alright. It is geared to an elderly population that may have challenges with eating. The parking is difficult, but comes with the location. The staff are willing to help but be clear about your expectations to assure that they can accommodate your needs. I saw numerous facilities before I picked this one. I thought about moving my husband after his fall and subsequent hospitalization, but found no one who could provide anything better. I am pleased with the facility and would recommend it to others.

[name removed] was attentive to my loved one's needs and budget restraints and sent me wonderful selections. Unfortunately his family controls the finances and want to complete the process, with me doing necessary leg work. I am somewhat relieved to have only medical power of attorney and not financial and feel their request is fair and a load off my tired shoulders. When the time comes for me, I will certainly contact her again as the links sent were most helpful. I couldn't asked for more prompt and relevant responses and will work with her when my time comes and spread the word with my older friends. She is fantastic

All 5 stars, we are very pleased! We love that the facility is a neighborhood home. It is very clean. The care takers live on site. I have multiple peoples numbers so I can reach them anytime needed. They have been very accessible to speak with. Love that a doctor comes to the home. If an issue arises, I get notified immediately and everyone is on the issue to resolve- home, doctor, family. Everyone works together in unison. You can go as a family member anytime.

We chose Lake Point because of the location and I was impressed with the property itself. The staff is very caring and friendly towards the residents and the families. I would recommend Lake Point to others.

My mother in law is at the Prosper facility, and I can’t say enough about how amazing all of the staff is. She loves it there, and we are so grateful for the level of care that she receives ~ They truly are the best!

The staff was wonderful from [name removed] the director to the actual ladies who took care of my mom. Sadly my mom was only there 2 weeks before she passed. Silver Leaf along with Tribute Hospice were wonderful.

This facility is a great place with very friendly staff!!

The care that my mother got here was unbelievable. The knowledge and friendliness of the nurses was wonderful. I would absolutely recommend Silver Leaf at Hearst Castle to others looking.
