What we like the most about the community is their friendly and attentive staff. Their administration is very helpful, and it is a very nice setting. Yes, I would recommend The Addison of Uniontown to others.

They have great staff and fun activities. The food and dining are very good. The apartment is clean and there is plenty of room. I'm very happy I picked this location.

I enjoyed the tour. The only thing different from where else I looked was the snacks that people could get to.

I enjoyed my tour of Park Creek Place. The buildings laid out very well, and it had three common rooms. The main common room as you walk in the front door was almost set up like a like a shopping mall. The people seem very pleased, and very happy and I’m going to move my wife there as soon as I can. Also, the staff was very informative.. and it was also a full service dementia care facility

I was given lunch and my tour guide gave me time to connect with people I know as well as showing me the facilities and answering all my questions. My only confusion was that the pricing list she gave me was significantly higher than what I had heard in other messages and also from one resident. However since then the facility has offered me a great financial deal. I would certainly go to this facility with no regrets if my financial resources would permit and when more help for assisted living is needed.

Wonderful visit. However, my aunt who I was looking to place at a memory care is now under the supervision of hospice. Thank you very much. But I will not be needing your services.

My mother is in the memory care unit. The staff is very considerate of all the residents needs and their issues. Also the director of the unit spends 2 to 3 days a month working the floor. Helping with showers, bathroom duties etc. This keeps her in tune with the residents and staff needs.

What we like the most about the Prairie Green at Fay's Point community is that they are very friendly and open. And they will work with you.

The discussion about client services was informative and helpful. Including charges for standard care and any additional services. The tour provide a clear understanding of the facility and services offered thru the facility. Medical services available at the facility was also discussed.

5 stars currently based on staff and levels of care for my Mom. The facility is welcoming and attentive. The food has been very good per my Mom and the activities are great for her socially.

Very nice tour and everything thing was explained perfectly. My representative explained and answered all my questions on my tour and afterwards. It is a very nice place and I was quite impressed.

I visited this spot for my Mom on Thurs 4 days ago I moved her in today! The staff at her new home was wonderful, helpful, encouraging! I’d seen 5 other possible homes previously and only one was okay then went thru paperwork and waiting lists and they kept me waiting. In that time my Mom kept declining and I couldn’t manage her care. Today, I must say, she is placed in a beautiful clean happy home only 30 mins from my home, (Pedro from Place For Mom was so very helpful , I will tell everyone how grateful I am to his professional dedication to assist me!)

[name removed] and [name removed] were very knowledgeable. They answered all our questions. They were a joy to be with.. We enjoyed Happy Hour one night and walked thru the area during another happy hour and thoroughly enjoyed the music both times. All the employees were upbeat and pleasant. We thought the apartments were interesting, not just squared off rooms which added to their appeal. We felt welcomed.

The staff is very helpful anything you need they try to help they're easy to talk too the facility is very clean and kept up they're always have something going on. We have been happy with the care my dad is receiving.

The facility is very bright, modern, and clean. We were able to get a very bright large two bedroom apartment for mom and dad. And the staff is all been incredibly helpful and friendly.

We had a great tour with my mother and Gorham House staff. Our questions were welcomed and answered fully. The facility was clean and residents we saw were friendly. We were able to see the assisted living floor along with a suite and a single bedroom. We were offered to come back to enjoy a meal in their dining room. We enjoyed our visit and received a packet including registration paperwork.

The staff at Addington was friendly and took plenty of time to tour the facility. We like the location as well.

The facitlity and staff were very nice. Very Clean. Currently no rooms available. Residents did not wear alert buttons.

I really thought my 93 yr old dad would like the facility but realized after the tour , no fault of Addison that he wanted to remain where he was. The sad part is he has no interaction with others , living alone and doesn’t realize how much his health will deteriorate not being social but as his daughter he is strong willed so I am not going to be able to tell him otherwise.

What we like the most about the community is that there are a lot of activities. and the staff are very helpful and nice. I feel that my sister is being well taken care of in a very pleasant atmosphere. Yes, we would recommend The Sheridan community to other families, but it is pricey.
