[removed name] was a wonderful tour guide. Listened to all of my Mom’s requests and answered each promptly. Showed us all around the entire facility. The staff was also welcoming and friendly. The facility has outdoor areas and small walking sections. Some Life long friends are already residents here.

We like the size of the facility and that it is all one level. We are very pleased with the room sizes and amenities offered here.

The woman I meet with was very nice, informative and helpful. I felt like she really cared about my loved one and her situation. The facilty was homey, clean and offered everything necessary for a person to live there. The studio rooms were beautiful, large and offered a kitchenette, sitting area, bedroom area and walkin shower bathroom. A very pleasant and homelike facility.

What we like the most about the community is that the staff are amazing and look after my dad with the utmost care. Even though he is ambulatory and on the go all the time (he drives himself) they keep a close eye on him as if he were part of their family. . Yes, I would absolutely recommend this community to others.

Love this community, it is such a welcoming feeling when you walk in the front door. The staff are so nice and quick to help you. The residents are always involved in some activity, like games or singing in the common area, its a very active community and gets your loved ones involved. By far one of my favorite communities.

During my visit I was amazed at how beautiful the holiday decorations are! The residents love them! They have live entertainment frequently & everyone is so kind. Truly feels like family here.

Cost, location and staff is why I chose them. Would recommend to others.

It was a difficult visit, as we brought my mother in law to see the place we ultimately have selected for her. It was emotional and tiring, but [removed name] did a marvelous job of engaging her in conversation, helping her to envision her options and completely grasping the enormity of this visit for her and for all of us and scaling her responses and sharing of information in a very sensitive way. It was my husband and I's second visit to Lincolnwood. It was the first place we toured around 6 weeks ago and was the place we finally decided on. The atmosphere is very friendly and kind, residents we saw appeared in good spirits and moving around in the common spaces being social, which was very good to see. THe apartments were all very clean modern and attractive without giving off a "luxury vibe" which felt like a good match for our family. THere seems to be a multitude of activities for her to take part in if she chooses, and I can imagine her enjoying quite a few of them.

I thought Baywinde was a wonderful place. Unfortunately my mom fell and broke her hip after being there for 4 months and couldn't go back. The facility has everything needed, hair salon, someone who comes in to do nails. A podiatrist also comes in once a month. They take the residents in outings once a week for those interested. The activities kept the residents busy. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

They are great because the staff is always available and understands the family concerns. They have extremely helpful staff.

We found the leasing team especially helpful. They listened to our needs carefully and made it easy to figure out the transition Apartment sizes are excellent. They are bright and well maintained. His unit has a great view

What we like the most about the community is the high touch care, the activities, their customize experiences to every resident, the units are very nice, and my dad loves the food.

Overall, my brother and I were very impressed with the facility. We meet several members of the staff and all seemed very friendly. After the tour, we decided to put down a deposit on a room in their Memory Care Facilty.

There are cliques. You have to find your community of interest. It's like junior high. Some bullying by other residents

Over all rating is a 5 out of 5 My loved one is very unique in that she has early stage dementia but also has extreme depression and mobility issues. The food I would give a 4 out of 5 The apartment is a 5 out of 5. Nice size. Staff is 5 out of 5 ' they genuinely care Facility maintenance and upkeep is a 5/5. Amazing cleanliness!. Activities are 5 out of 5 you will never be bored. Over all I am extremely grateful for the care my loved one is receiving at Baywinde's Sage Harbor Embrace memory care program. I would be lost without Baywinde. God bless them.

5 rating The food was good Maintenance people were very responsive Front desk staff went above and beyond to get to know my mom and meet her requests. Sales person ([name removed]) also went above and beyond in every way. We really enjoyed her time there. Even though she only lived there for 9 days. There were two weeks while she had her apartment but stayed with me (as we waited for furniture). She would go for meals and activities. The residents were so friendly and inviting.

The friendliness is a 5+. My parents both have dementia, but they can do most things themselves. They sit alone in their room most of the day and come out, usually just to eat. I know there is entertainment there, but I also know that my parents have been left in their room or forgotten to be taken out to where the entertainment is I think because of their sickness it's easy to leave them out of some things. I also feel that because they really are such good tenants that paying $[removed]a month is a lot for them with a small amount of care needed.

I brought a friend for a tour. I was pleasantly surprised with friendliness of the staff. The facility was very clean and the activities for the residents was impressive. The staff at the front desk could not have been nicer and have continued to be very helpful.

Everything about the place is superb. I have nothing negative to say. I would absolutely recommend this community to others.

They take great care of my dad and truly seem to care about him.
