Legend Senior Living

They are just so helpful and friendly. My mom has only been a resident there for 2 1/2 months and she was hospitalized during that time moved out of assisted living put into memory. Care graduated from memory care back into assisted-living and they just made the transition be as smooth as possible and they're just wonderful people.

5 across the board. What we like the most about the community is that they seem fully staffed and professionally ran. Based on the experience we have had, we would recommend this community to other families.

It's a great facility with an amazing staff. Both of the residents are very happy with it. I would recommend them to others who are searching for a community.

Facility is nice and clean. They offer outings for residents and activities. [name removed] was very through and gave me a good tour of Facility. Gave me and my Mom the information we needed to help decide on this Facility.

It was a great facility and I am going to try and put my mom here. The tour had so much of the history of the place and how they train to work with dementia and Alzheimer’s patients. It gave me the confidence to have my mother come here.

Excellent staff. Friendly staff and residents. Nice apartment in independent living. Restaurant is good. Many activities daily both on site and trips off site. Shuttle to doctors PT and church Bistro pool gym nicely landscaped grounds parking etc.

I am beyond thankful for the Windsor at Ortega for having a place for my mother. Everyone from the director to the nurses are there to help my Mom. I feel comfortable that we choose the right home for my Mother and that she is safe and taken care of! Special thanks to everyone from [Names Removed] and everyone at the facility for their amazing care of my Mom.

Great community, staff, food and care. T everyday.e residents all seem happy, staff is warm and welcoming. It may be a little more expensive than other communities in the area, but you certainly get what you pay for, worth every dollar to know my loved one will be so well cared for.

Very nice tour of facility. Given lots of information and showed me the d different types of accommodations. Also at lunch in dining room.

This facility is very comfortable and clean. [name removed](advisor) was extremely helpful with answering questions and providing information. Overall, when it comes time to admit my grandmother to an assisted living/memory care facility, this will be the place we take her.

We were very impressed with the facility. [name removed] met us as the door and made us feel very welcomed, she was patient and gracious with us and our questions. [name removed] followed up with us the very next day and made sure we had everything we needed to complete the application for our Mother.

Had a wonderful visit at Ravelle of Bucks County. The facility is up-to-date; more modern for today’s time/people/care; you can see they invest in the care of the people who live there; the only place of 6 I spoke with or visited, that has 6 people to organize senior activities and keeping people engaged!! This is so important for mental/emotional stimulation as well as brain health (as that is an issue I need to consider for my mom). I want to go there…and even though I hopefully have 15+ years to consider….that’s how impressed I was. Can’t wait for my mom to visit…hopefully she loves it as much as I do! Thank you Ravelle!!

People are friendly- respond quickly. Yes, we would recommend Hemsley House to other families.

I've had a few obstacles but they have helped me every step of the way. I love that there are staff around all the time. My mom gets checked on often. Very clean facility with fresh flowers, good food and lots of activity.

[name removed] was my tour guide, did an excellent job. She welcomed me warmly. She took her time and listened to me, looking me in the eye. She was very pleasant and answered all my questions. I was very pleased with my visit. The facility is spotless and everything was in place. I loved the various activity rooms available for the residents. Even a movie theater!! Indeed a wonderful place for Mom!!!!

Legends at Mingo Road has been fantastic. My father was in memory care and died 3 weeks after he moves in. No fault of Legends as he was far into Alzheimer's. My mother is in assisted and is having challenges due to her cognitive decline and all around negative attitude. Legends employees have been nothing but loving and supportive doing everything possible to help her adjust. We can not praise the Legends at Mingo Road enough and will recommend them to everyone looking for a safe place for their aging parents. Thank you for your assistance.

We really appreciated the privacy that residents enjoy. The nutrition plan there was impressive. Choices are available that rival some restaurants so I feel that most residents can get meals they enjoy the most. The rooms have a spacious feel while being small enough to be manageable and comfortable. The people who work there and the people that live there looked happy and that is comforting.

I have to say [name removed]was wonderful, polite and very helpful with all the things we had to get done . The place is very clean and the people are so friendly. My mom enjoys the meals and the staff are very friendly and helpful. They keep the place kept up inside and outside. It's very inviting and the rooms are nice sized. They have house keepers that come once a week that clean the rooms and bedding. They have plenty of things to do in house like a movie theater, hairdressers, exercise room and plenty of other things to keep them busy if they want too. They also transport to appointments and grocery stores and to church.

I would recommend Legend to others. Excellent staff. Very clean and bright. My father passed away [date removed] so I won't be able to provide any more information. They handled his passing very professionally and respectfully.
