My mom went from being by herself, trying to prepare her own food take her own garbage out, clean her own home and worried to drive anywhere to living with all of her friends having breakfast with all of her friends prepared for her off of a menu going to Walmart once a week with all of her friends playing cards with all of her friends, watching movies and listening to live music with all of our friends. It is truly life-changing. I would highly recommend to others. My mom is very happy. Doesn't have to worry about her meals or transportation, and has made lots of new friends.

I can only speak of what my lease entails...the new owners just had a community meeting to hear concerns so they are actively listening and communicating with results. The new owners are presently updating the community...better wi-fi, water needs, etc. It is a pet friendly community and my pup loves it when the housekeeper stops by to help us because she (housekeeper) even stops and takes the time to say hello to my pup. My pup follows her around just like me...to supervise...(haha). I think they both look forward to their short visit.

My tour began at the front desk. I was so busy noticing the two women who came forward to introduce themselves, I almost missed the sign that one of them made for me with my name on it. A nice personalized touch! I was introduced to a couple of residents on our way to a private dining room. I actually met a woman who had just gotten a puppy so that question was answered without me having to ask. Next we toured 4 options for space and lighting. I don’t particularly like or need two bedrooms but the space felt like a small house! I’m a little scared to make this move but the people that work there and the residents were all so friendly!

Activities, food/dining experience, room size were all excellent. Staff was very friendly. Getting level of care re-evaluations was somewhat difficult but there was also a change of nursing management staff while my mother was there, and my mother was only there full time for a few weeks before she passed.

Facility was clean and bright. Loved that Ashley Park has on site company to assist my mom with medications. [name removed] invited us to stay for lunch after our tour. Great experience. We have signed a contract and move mom in on [date removed].

The staff is very caring and friendly. I haven't had a bad experience or interaction yet. The quality of care is amazing and it's always clean. I'm confident that I made the right decision in finding a place for my mom during a difficult time. I really love that they have different activities and outings that allow for fellowship. It's really is "a great place for my mom"! Also, the other residents are nice and friendly as well.

Probably a 5, mom is really enjoying her dinners! So far no complaints. Biggest thing is she really doesn't have any complaints!

The staff is absolutely amazing they know everyone by name even the family that comes to visit. The facility is always clean and my grandmother is very happy there also the price was great for the services they provide. You can not find anywhere that treat your family like they belong to their own family.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The food is very good. Lots of fun activities for the residents, and a beautiful campus with a large lake. My parents are very happy there. And their apartment is large.

All 5s, but I have only one complaint and it is on the untimely serving of food 45-1:15 for each meal. Food is excellent

The staff across the board knows my dad by name and knows his interests. They are operating under new ownership and under a new name: The Barclay. I would recommend to others.

I was very impressed with the facilities at Regency House. It was warm, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. My sister will be moving in over the weekend. She says It feels like home.

The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help. The food was delicious, and the apartments were both comfortable and inviting—a truly enjoyable stay.

Well the place is obviously spotless and people / workers are very friendly. It hasn't been very long but Dad seems very satisfied and happy as possible. The food must be delicious no complaints at all. Dad enjoys the bus rides also!!

Each member of the staff is very courteous and pleasant and receptive to my requests. I'm very impressed with my apartment. Must've just been renovated because it is wonderful. The rooms are a good size. I have a one bedroom with a little kitchenette. The grounds and the building are always clean and well tended. Yes, I would recommend this community to other families.

My loved one moved in not long ago, so still getting comfortable. So far: -Friendly people -Having a remodeled apartment with kitchen and washer / dryer. -being allowed to have the dog.

The cleanliness. I would recommend others

Though I was not there as an actual prospect (only there for an informational tour for future consideration) I was treated in a welcome manner and given a full tour and answers to all the questions I asked. If/when I need an independent/assisted living community, this one will be on my short list.

[name removed] was super accommodating and informative. He answered all my questions and gave a very complete tour. The community is going through a very large renovation so it was a little hard for me to see past the construction. The common area construction will be done in March of 2026 with the rooms slotted to be all completed in 2 years. [name removed] had pictures of the renovated rooms to reference.
