Cost of room should be clearly stated prior to signing contract. A list of all required items should be provided to the resident at the time the resident is admitted to the facility. Otherwise, I have no complaints.

[name removed] was amazing! Answered all our questions! Beautiful community, my dad just needs more care and is at a nursing home level now.

Mom had a clogged drain in her bathroom for 7 months. Multiple reports to admin. Staff does not write anything down. No communication between shifts. Mom pays an additional [Amount Removed] a month and the things we pay for are not getting done. The place has been bought out. I'm hoping for better things from them. Also since mom moved in they have had NO working freezer, dishwasher or icemaker.

The staff actually taking care of my mom in Asst. Living and dad while in Memory Care for the one week are wonderful and are a 5+. The activities are fair. I wish there was some kind of encouragement from someone to get my mom motivated to do the activities. She has a hard time with communication due to a stroke and has not been comfortable just showing up. I have encouraged her as best I can, but sometimes this isn't enough. The food and dining are 5+. No complaints and are wonderful. Cleanliness is fair. My mom's room in assisted living does not appear to ever have been mopped in the 6 weeks she has been there. I personally vacuum her room with the dust buster every time I go about 3 times a week. My dad was in Memory Care for a week before he died. His room was not cleaned before he moved in, nor any time the entire week he was there. I asked the Executive Director twice and the Memory Care director once and it was still never done. Overall, the facility itself is clean in appearance for all the common areas. The staff answering the door and phone are friendly and helpful. My mom has fallen numerous times. Every time she falls, the staff is quick to notify me. They check on her at least every 2 hours if not more often. The apartment size is great. It is extremely large for one person

Great communication, they send me pictures of my Dad participating in activities regularly. They are proactive with letting me know about any changes they see in him, physically or mentally. He is always clean and well cared for when I stop in for a visit. I am very happy with the staff as well.

We are very pleased. Staff is friendly and good with the patients. No "extra level of care": charge.

They work hard to meet you're needs. I would recommend but keep credit and debit cards secure

Everybody was wonderful. Your Doctor's are fantastic and very I've heard [name removed] as my specialist but they've all been fantastic. Everybody I've dealt with here all the way down to the custodial service. I've been very polite and very thorough. I have a hotel room. I return from a procedure and room service called asking what I'd like for dinner. Honestly I feel like I'm at a hotel that offers medical service. My room's always been spotless. My family sat and visited and were amazed at how nice this is but the service has been impeccable and I would recommend this place to anybody. I actually have a sister-in-law that works here and the oncology lab. There are even pictures of the doctor on the shelf so I can recognize them and remember their names. Nice touch

We chose Brickmont of John's Creek mainly due to the location of the facility and the price. The staff is always very cheerful when I go in to visit my dad.

My mom passed away after only being there 2 weeks. Hard for me to say much other than they treated her well for the limited time she was there and were easy to work with.

I just want everyone to know how wonderful [name removed] is and what a special lady she is. We are all like a family here and she is the one to lead us!! We have good times together and she makes sure of that!! She is a Christian lady with a big heart for everyone!! She loves each and every one of us!! She encourages us which I need often!! I can’t imagine Brickmont without [name removed]!! If she were to leave, I would follow her!! She helps out in other areas !!! She takes us on outings which we all love !!! She is just the best director we could have!!!! Thank you!!!

We found the facility to be not only very clean but the common areas feel like a very nice hotel. The staff is very helpful in all areas. It has both indoor and outdoor areas.

After a bad experience with our first assisted living community, finding Brickmont for our mother was an answer to our prayers and an easy choice! SECURITY is excellent, management offices are clearly visible and doors are open (they all wave and say hello when you enter the lobby), SPOTLESSLY clean, uncluttered, well maintained, high ceilings and spacious, open common areas, chef-prepared meals, excellent communication among staff and between staff and families, all staff are friendly and PROFESSIONAL in appearance and behavior, and everything is geared toward the safety and comfort of seniors. There’s an overall culture of genuine care/love and respect, not only for residents but also for their families. Our beloved mother is very happy there, and we are confident she will be well cared for, and loved, at Brickmont. By the way, it’s so convenient to major shopping stores as well as hotels for visitors staying overnight.

My Dad moved into the memory unit within Brickmont of Acworth about 3 months ago. So far, my family and I are thrilled with this facility. The rooms are various sizes depending on your personal need. The prices are really good compared to other similar facilities in the area. The schedule, activities and restaurant are all very good. My favorite part of Brickmont of Acworth is the staff. Everyone we have met has been kind and compassionate toward the residents and they make every effort to keep us updated on how our Dad is doing.
