I highly recommend the Windham for independent and assisted living. My mom has been there for 3 years and I have observed first hand the highest level of quality, care and professionalism in Fresno. Living out of state it was important to know that my mom was in good hands. The strutture is beautiful, clean and cared for down to the smallest detail with a vibrant atmosphere. In my opinion the restaurant has some of the best burgers and pancakes in town. The staff is professional, friendly, patient considerate and ready to help in any way. As soon as you walk in you are greeted with a smile. Starting with the Executive Director I've witnessed first hand the importance of treating each residence with respect, love and dignity while helping family members deal with the care challenges of an aging parent. I knew I wasn't alone.

She took the time to talk with me and learn about what I am looking for. Highly recommend this community.

Cogir of Kent has been a very pleasant experience for my mom. The staff is quite professional, knowledgeable, and very responsive when something is needed. Meals are prepared with care and compassion. The chefs are willing to work with the residents specific dietary restrictions and bend over backwards to accommodate everyone! She coordinated with Albert from maintenance to re-measure, return incorrect shelves, and install proper ones. Having moved to Cogir Vallejo Hills five months ago, this experience confirmed that I made the right choice. In any organization, mistakes happen—we're all human. Cadence is a wonderful facility that genuinely cares about their residents . They have a wide variety of activities to stimulate all interests and levels. They make a concerted effort to get everyone involved whether it's in a group setting or a one on one setting. The food is very good and the facility is amazingly well cared for. The entire staff is friendly and helpful. The facility also does a great job getting families involved with numerous events that they put on.

Cadence Senior Living is such a warm and welcoming community. My husband felt very safe and cared about. The staff is so friendly. The residents are too. He also loved the food. His 2 weeks of respite care was a great experience for him. [name removed]oved the staff and residents. He loved the food. Such a warm and welcoming community.

The staff is very professional and the facility is kept very clean and the dining room menu and meals are delicious.

Everything is great except for limited parking. [name removed] said she would give [name removed] time to adjust and check up on her periodically. She was very helpful and caring. Its great that they offer meals throughout the day but I haven’t eaten there yet.

Cogir is clean, attractive, and well-maintained. There are several types of apartments. Mine has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It is quite roomy and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The residents are also friendly, active, and welcoming. Food is varied and delicious. Two meals a day are included if you are in independent living. Assisted living residents have three meals a day included. Numerous activities available as well as a fitness center, indoor swimming pool, and beauty salon. A movie is shown every evening. A bus is available for shopping, medical appointments, and leisure trips. If you are bored here, it’s your own fault! I’m very happy here and heartily recommend Cogir of Mill Creek.

The people are very friendly, the staff is very responsive, the food is great, and there are always activities to keep you moving. The housekeeping service is a great addition. They not only clean the apartment but they also change the sheets on your bed. A definite plus.

I recently moved my Dad from a different memory care facility where the care was questionable and had no communication with family members. My Dad has been at Orchard Pointe going on two months and the care and communication is top notch. I get consistent communications from the staff on how he's doing and what he needs moving forward. In addition, they have a great event coordinator and everything is posted on the LifeLoop app which is awesome. There are plenty of staff to assist the residents for their particular need and always seem to be smiling and in a good mood.

Everyone has been friendly and attentive since the day my mom moved in. The services have been above and beyond what we expected. Every staff member has been cheerful and willing to help with whatever she needs.

[name removed] did a great job helping me through the admissions process, she was in constant contact with me showing me that Cogir wanted my mom and was willing to make the process as seamless as possible.

The community is full of things to do since it's right next to the Vancouver Mall for shopping, with lots of restaurants for dining. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

The facility is very well kept and they respond to repair changes quickly. The staff tries to be friendly but my brother is a loner and isn't very talkative. They are always kind and positive. The gal that cleans his room is really nice. My brother doesn't choose to participate in any activities but from what I can tell there is a good variety and if he'd give them a try he'd enjoy them.
