The staff is absolutely amazing. All were such a big help and the hospitality they showed me was amazing! They let me stay the week with my aunt to make sure she was comfortable and to unpack her. I honestly have no words to tell you how they all made me feel! I left my aunt feeling very comfortable at woodmont and her being in their care.

My husband and I visited. The director, [name removed] and nurse [name removed] are wonderfully pleasant people. Made my husband feel right at home, calming any anxiety he had. They’re amazing how they deal with the residents with memory issues including my husband. They’re so patient and know exactly what to say and do. The facility is well kept, clean and secure.

[name removed] and the nurse were so welcoming and accommodating. I walked in with no appointment and they went above and beyond to let me look around and ask questions. The facility was clean, bright and inviting. If you are looking for memory care for a loved one it’s worth checking out.

Go to Woodmont and see how awesome it is. I would give that advice for any facility to be able to determine if it's the right place or not. Woodmont just has a positive vibe, kind staff, and kind residents.

When you place your loved ones in a facility, the expenses add up, but having someone that is genuinely dedicated, exceeds the cost of caring. The Director at Woodmont Senior living is a true example of these actions. She goes above and beyond and then some to make sure the residents needs are met. Her leadership sets an example for her carestaff and how they should perform their duties. Not only does she care about the residents, but she has transformed the interior of the building into a beautiful welcoming place to call home. She's committed, confident and caring as she makes each day a special one for these residents. None of them have asked to be there and under her care, they are comfortable and want to be there. I am thankful that Woodmont finally has the leadership that cares.

This is a very nice facility, I wish we could afford to place my mom there. However, we have to rely on long-term care care, Medicaid, which does not pay for it.

I really don't have any direct contact with them because I live out of state. They do have her ready when my sister picks her up. She seems happy and has made friends there. My mom enjoys the activities and her friends.

5 across the board. [name removed] and [name removed] were amazing. Helpful and gracious. Staff and nurses were friendly and caring. Facility was clean and a spacious.

I’m leaving this review confidentially because my grandmother used to work in public service years ago. That said, I want to share our experience when I looked at the Cottages. I had heard the the care has always been good and I could see that for myself. The staff was genuinely loving, the caregivers knew the residents by name so well. It isn't overly fancy but really, really nice. Right now, there are renovations underway and getting new roofs, painting, and pressure washing. There was landscaping being installed, so pretty and floral. The activities calendar is packed with engaging options, painting classes, crafts, games, outdoor activities, and a lot of outings. They go to fun places, waterside picnics, the animal shelter, and every week visiting different the ice cream shops in Palm Beach! How fun. IF we decide she needs memory care, this is it.

We’ve seen a complete transformation at this community under the new management, and it’s been nothing short of incredible. The activities program has exploded. There’s now a daily schedule full of things to do, yesterday my aunt led karaoke and they recently launched a volunteer program that’s so great. Two amazing high school students come every single day, bringing fun and fresh energy to the residents. We’ve also been told that many more are being recruited! They’re even taking residents out on regular excursions and hosting family friendly events that bring everyone together. There is literally always something going on. The food is now outstanding...game changer. Fresh vegetables, scratch made meals. The new director visits the residents to care about what they want. What really seals it for us is the new Administrator, and people he hired, they are all so wonderful and they are always in the cottages, they send newsletters, the new charge nurse is the best!

Wonderful kind caring staff, wonderful Executive Director, such a nice lady and a beautiful well kept facility nice and clean and just pretty in every part you walk through. Truly feels like one big wonderful family and as comfortable as home. Placing a loved one here would be an absolute honor with no worrying, you can see and feel the big hearts all the staff have, such a blessing!

I’ve really liked the over 3 years that a family member has lived here and recently my spouse has moved here. Good care! It’s close to home and I can visit every day. My husband has adjusted well enjoys the enjoys the activities.

It was location that dictated it. My father was her care giver and when he had a stroke we needed a place closest to my sister. The staff is definitely keeping my mother engaged and safe. That's so important to us! Facebook page is amazing too! I live in NJ and I love to see my mom so engaged!

There’s a lot to be said about a leader who not only listens but also genuinely cares . The Nurse at Woodmont - [name removed] takes this honor. Her care staff exudes the same qualities as they follow her lead in taking care of the residents . She takes the time to listen to the residents and that speaks volumes . She dedicates her time on weekends meeting the needs for residents . She’s the glue that holds that place together

[name removed] shows empathy and compassion on a daily scale. My father talks about her per each conversation and at each facility visit. We are so glad to have someone that’s models great character and a willingness to help this ALF community. Our family is so grateful for her. Thanks, [name removed] and Happy Holidays.

She went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and well-being, Her compassionate nature made a difficult situation feel manageable, She was incredibly attentive and explained everything clearly, Her expertise and caring attitude made me feel completely supported, and I truly appreciate her genuine kindness and dedication to patient care.

They always make sure , your family members are good & taken care of . They have an outstanding staff , They are considerate, caring , and supportive . Nurse Bush stood out to me the most , she goes the extra mile everytime & always make the patients comfortable and happy , I’m so pleased with the services .

My experience was great at this facility. They really answered all of my questions with smile. And Nurse [name removed] really helped out with my experience making the transition for my family seamless. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family for their love ones
