This was the first tour my parents and I had, and I have to say they set the bar pretty high. [name removed] was very patient, and answered all of our questions. The rooms were acceptable, but the real selling point was the food. A choice between two (delicious sounding) entrees, plus several other grill options if the daily options don’t appeal. They seem to have plenty of activities and groups of residents we gathered at various rooms through the place. My only complaint is that we just missed margarita Monday!

Granite Gate is a gorgeous facility, and the staff seem to be wonderful. We are moving mom to California, and appreciate the chance to tour a world class assisted living.

Great caring staff, good food, lots of activities, well kept up building and good appt size. Andrew the sales guy bends over backwards to help you get in. A VERY caring place. Can't say enough good things about them. And they are reasonably priced. The dining room staff know your name right off.

It was just such a friendly and accommodating staff. The rooms are so clean.

Welcoming environment, the quality of the executive director of memory care, the longevity of staff with the facility. And all my comments are specific to memory care and not assisted living. I'm thrilled with the level of care and compassion. [name removed] (the executive director) is so dedicated.

Our father was a resident at Overlake Terrace for three and a half years, which were perhaps the best of his last twenty. Overlake Terrace provided him with a safe, clean, and healthy environment where he felt truly at home. He consistently complimented the housekeeping services and, as a lifelong "foodie," he loved the kitchen staff and the quality of every meal. The staff was patient, kind, and competent, and the social events were a constant highlight for him. He especially enjoyed watching the Seahawks win the Super Bowl, listening to music under the gazebo on warm afternoons, and attending daily happy hours and veteran appreciation events. Thanks to Overlake Terrace, our father built a wonderful community of friends. Our family is deeply grateful for the care he received, and we highly recommend Overlake Terrace to any family considering senior living options.

Staff have been superb, patiently answered my many questions, always positive. Room size good. I would absolutely recommend them to others who are searching for care for their loved one.

The community of residents are so engaging and friendly. My parents are happy and fully engaged. My dad plays in the Farrington band and my mom sometimes sings with the group. My mom has grown stronger in her physical condition as she is no longer only sedentary watching TV from the time she got up until the time she went to bed prior to moving to Farrington. It has been wonderful. Thank you

We were impressed with the knowledge and friendliness of the staff to the residents and to us.The residents were very warm and welcoming and shared how much they enjoyed living there. We liked the layout of the buildings and how they are all connected. We found the different levels of care a real plus over other residential facilities in the area. We are not yet ready to make a move but the Forum is our favorite choice at this time.

The Groves 5 stars on all but Food...as I said, my last contact was a year ago and at that time they were trying different approaches to food and dining...in general, food was O.K., it was the delivery that was lacking...I'm assuming that it has improved by now. yes I would recommend The Groves, assuming it hasn't changed significantly in the past year, since it offers great convenience, quality and value for the money, especially for anyone in the Pebble Creek area.

They do an amazing job. The staff are attentive and skilled. The food is good and they encourage the residents to eat in the dining room. They always have fun activities. They help coordinate care when my mom has gone to the hospital.

The facility is beautiful and always very clean. My Mom is doing very well there. It's always nice to see her with the other residents laughing or doing crafts. She eats very well, and seems to be thriving there.

Very nice place. Poor location. It has easy access to freeways. The campus is very well kept. The facilities are well maintained.

Everyone we have met there seems genuinely interested in the resident's well being. They are kind and attentive, and at times have gone out of their way to help make sure Park is comfortable. For example, noticing that he was missing a shower curtain and replacing it free of charge. Also installing his cable tv and helping assemble his lazy boy chair. The nursing staff and resident Doctor (Dr. Reeves) are fantastic and highly engaged in the welfare of the residents. It has been a positive experience moving Park in and getting him settled into more comfortable surroundings. We couldn't be more happy with our experience at Winslow Court!

We had a lovely tour to look for a place for my parents. The staff was great and residents looked happy and it was clean. All questions answered and the rooms were nice. Thank you for the thorough tour. Much appreciated!

All 5's across the board. My parents have had some issues with the food and would probably put a 4 for food. The staff is always helpful and friendly. The residents have been great as well.

The facility/staff are very friendly and helpful. They know all of the residents' names. They make sure to check on residents, especially if they haven't seen them milling about.

For an independent senior, especially one who is interested in a warm, homey, artistically conscious environment, this retirement home would be an excellent choice. A friend and I came here to tour, had a yummy lunch (we were told the chef had previously been at the Ritz-Carlton), and were impressed by the relaxed setting and apparent happiness and sociability of the residents we saw in the dining and living areas. The entrance fee for residents was extremely reasonable; the two-bedroom apartment we were shown was spacious and light. [name removed] would be delighted to give you a tour.
