Went to tour for my parent and the team was so engaged with me. During the tour, employees would stop and introduce themselves and tell me about how lovely it is. They made me feel welcomed. Property is clean and robust with fun things happening around the community. I believe my Mom will love it here. I give them a 5 star review for how much they care about their residents and employees. Seems absolutely wonderful. We are so excited to call Magnolia Court mom’s new home.

The Weatherly Inn independent living is a wonderful community, the team cares about the residents and management has been a joy to work with. The community is nicely decorated and well kept, the residents are happy. I love to work with the residents and the great team at Weatherly!

The dining experience at Magnolia Place is excellent. The meals are prepared with care, offering a variety of healthy, flavorful options (some may say More Salt). The staff is attentive to dietary needs, ensuring that residents with specific health concerns (such as diabetes or food allergies) are accommodated no matter what. Meals are served in a spacious, well-lit dining area, and residents have the option of ordering room tray service, if they prefer. The food quality is generally quite good, with fresh ingredients and balanced menus. Any suggestions you make with the kitchen are all considered and if they are within budget the suggestion then becomes an Option

The staff makes the residents feel like family, offering warmth, compassion, and professionalism every step of the way. Tour my Mother at Weatherly Place in Medford, Oregon. What a beautiful property. We had lunch with [name removed] and really loved the food. Mom loves the feel of the community and every team member see met throughout our visit. This is going to be Moms new place. Can’t wait for Mom to call this place her new home.

It has been a great place to work. Person centered care at its best. It’s like coming in and hanging out with family all day. Staff and residents both make this place what it is. Getting to see the staff care for our residents is humbling to see. The care and compassion that is given and the integrity to go above and beyond when no one is watching is the reason I got into this field. And the reason I choose to join the fields team.

Fields Senior Living at Smokey Point is the best place for assisted living in Arlington, WA. From the first day, the staff has been warm, caring, and friendly. They take the time to get to know each resident, making sure everyone feels at home. They treat my mom with kindness and patience, which means a lot to us. The facility is clean, bright, and welcoming. There are fun activities like games and fitness classes, as well as quiet spaces like the garden. The meals are delicious, and they handle special diets too. I really appreciate how safe and comfortable my loved one feels here. I can visit anytime and see how happy they are, which gives me peace of mind. The team is always ready to help when needed. If you're looking for a caring, supportive place for your loved one, I highly recommend Fields Senior Living at Smokey Point. The administration was responsive when there was a technical problem. The frontline staff are gentle and respectful with the residents. They have great communication with the residents. Mom loved the activities that were designed to meet people at various cognitive and physical levels. The food was good while the memory care dining area is regularly cleaned. When Mom died, I took a bunch of treats to show our appreciation. I highly recommend Magnolia Place especially for memory care.

I would actually give the friendliness of the staff a 10 if I could. The staff is wonderful. There's a lot of different things our family likes the most about the community. The activities, the kindness of the staff. It's just a great place for seniors to live. My mom is thriving there.

Like most people in my position, choosing any memory care and/or assisted living facility can be one of the most important decisions we make for our parents. After performing a thorough review of most of the facilities in the Rogue Valley I decided that Weatherly Court might be the best fit for my parents. I could only hope it would be the right decision. Two years later, I am absolutely thrilled and relieved regarding the loving care they provided. The aids and care givers are the super heroes in every way. They treat all residents with dignity, compassion and respect as if they were caring for their own family members. They go above and beyond what is expected of them. Both my parents loved Weatherly Court and after only a few months called it “home”. The facility is very clean and the food is excellent with many choices available. Both my parents have passed but I know that Weatherly Court was the best decision I could have made.

The common areas are kept very clean. Everyone is very friendly. The staff have been very helpful. The meals have been really good. There seems to be a pretty good variety of activities offered.

This community is the best for my mom. The staff are very nice and friendly and really make the community feel like a home. They have different activities to keep the residents engaged. Happy hour every Friday with entertainment and families are invited. The nurse [name removed] is the kindest hearted person, she always made sure to make my mom feel seen, heard and cared for. I would definitely recommend this assisted living for anyone looking for a home away from home.

Magnolia Court has an exceptional team working there. The director [name removed] is awesome and her care team genuinely shows love & attentive care to our loved one. The director and care team are extremely kind, friendly and exhibit exemplary care for residents.

When she first moved there she was uneasy about the change. The staff were great about helping her integrate into the community. They introduced her to the other residents and encouraged her to join in the activities. She was reluctant at first because she doesn't like change, but is now thriving. She has a group of friends and is busy all day. I think she only goes to her room to sleep now!

My loved one was previously a resident at Magnolia Place and everything was great for her at this facility. Magnolia Place has a wonderful atmosphere with residents being well cared for and happy, and all the different types of the staff: Med Techs and Resident Attendants, Maintenance and Cleaning, Activity Coordinators, and Front Desk and Administrators. All being very warm, loving, kind and helpful. They really try to make the residents feel like Magnolia is their home. I would recommend Magnolia Place to others.
