The staff At Serenity are so helpful and friendly. The place is so clean and always decorated. We have music, games on a weekly basis and crafts whenever we want. Holidays there are activities for all residents and potlucks for residents and families. I am very happy here.

Very friendly staff. Building is clean and maintained. My aunt is always in an activity when I stop by, so she is always busy and socializing. Lots of space to move around, card and puzzel rooms, lounges, bistro, several dining rooms, and even an exercise room. She is happy here.

My dad likes it there! It is very expensive but it is working out so far not sure why it is so high priced he doesn’t get any extra care! He still lives on his own and takes care of himself no extra care is needed at this time he does like that he can visit with other people that he knows

The facility is clean and welcoming. The staff is very helpful and organized. You can tell that they like the career path that they choose.

Incredible place and caring staff. Our mother was happy here for two years in an assisted living apartment. Wonderful, caring staff who are authentically dedicated to the residents' wellbeing and dignity. Residents are treated like whole people. Impeccably clean, warm and inviting. This place is all about health and heart. A real asset to have continuity of care with connecting clinic, hospital and nursing home.

Admin staff is Very unstable. Have had three directors in the year we have been here. On the fourth director now. We Love the small town feel. Many walking paths, friendly people, and a church we enjoy. We live in a one bedroom apartment. Like the size with full kitchen, large bedroom and large bathroom with many grab bars. More than adequate for our needs

1. Overall my mom and I are very happy with Serenity Place on 7th. She's comfortably settled in. 2. Very clean, never any bad smells. 3. All the nurses and other workers are so sweet to my mom. She loves them all. 4. The main manager Matt left quite a while ago. I think everything ran more smoothly when he was there. Now sometimes seems like they may be a little short staffed. 5. Mom gets dinner there. She usually says it's awful. Mushy vegetables, cold food. She only continues to go to get out and see people. 6. Mom enjoys the different bands they have come play and she enjoys the bingo. Nurses always come to remind her of shows etc. because she's not good at looking at activity sheet. 7. Overall I think it's a good value. Really nice place and I don't worry about my mom when she's there.

This facility is very good. My Mom is very happy here. It's bright and clean and smells good. Mom really likes all of the staff, they're all very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping is often and they do a good job. Communication with the family has been very good. They offer a good variety of activities and are good about trying to encourage mom to participate. Mom likes most of the meals. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

I think the big thing is that they have done a wonderful job dealing with covid. They kept us safe and followed all the guidelines. The communication is very good and they keep us well informed. I would recommend this community to others

Overall Serenity Place is great. My mother is happy and comfortable there. The staff isn't just friendly, they have become her friends. I would tell a friend, the same thing I was told by someone whose father was a resident. It's a good place to live. I am comfortable with my mom living there.

I feel my brother is in a much better place than when he lived on his own. He goes to day program at the local VA twice a week and enjoys being able to utilize the bus. Staff is very friendly and helpful. A Tricap bus is available to take residents shopping and to appointments for a fee. I am a retired home health aid/ certified nursing assistant with experience in home care , nursing homes and assisted living facilities. I am very pleased with the overall facility. My daughter and sister both said they would love living there !

My mom is currently a resident at Serenity Place on 7th. The facility is currently having a lot of staff turnover, resulting in a little bit of confusion and lack of organization. Overall, it's a great place for my mom. I would, and do, recommend Serenity Place on 7th to others.

The room and apartment size are great. They raised our rent [removed] in one month. Staff constantly changing especially in the main office.

This place is the worse! RUN RUN RUN. They would even tell me if my mother pasted. The staff was so snotty Monday morning when I called. It’s not clean because they don’t care. My mother grew up in cold spring. I expected more from the people she lived with most of her life. STAY AWAY!!!
