We have been very pleased with Home Instead. My 90 year old Mother is independent but has mobility issues and needs help with housework, shopping and companionship. The care providers have been attentive and wonderful to her. It’s nice that we have met 3 or 4 different care providers and they can rotate through the shifts. A very friendly caregiver came over to help me after total knee replacement surgery. She was also very knowledgeable about cooking dinner for me in a timely manner. She never left me unattended being close to the bathroom as needed and used a weight belt on me when walking around the apartment.

We have been so pleased with the care we have received for over a year for my dad. The caregiver goes over and beyond to assist him in daily tasks but also has built a relationship with him. They contacted me right away and had everything set up and a person out to stay with mom with in a week. The managers took turns coming out and stayed with mom at first until they found mom a permanent person. [name removed] is my mom permanent person and is great with my mom. My mother has dementia and when she ask [name removed] the same question a dozen times [name removed]acts like its the first time she has asked. [name removed] cleans moms house when mom is napping and does different activities with mom when she is awake. Such as watching moms shows with her , doing couch exercises with her to keep her as active as possible and improves moms moods. She walks with mom. Takes mom out to check on moms chickens as many times as mom wants. [name removed] even brings mom candy she knows mom likes which is very sweet. Mom very much enjoys [name removed]company. I am extremely happy with the service that Ray of sunshine has provided.

The owner [name removed] is caring and his customer service is beyond wonderful. I highly recommend Steadfast and [name removed]. Steadfast is providing care for my 90 year old mom. i am the caregiver and knowing i can leave the house and not worry about my mom is a great feeling!

It was a short one unfortunately cause my dad passed really quickly. But everyone was kind helpful, caring individuals. Made things a lot less stressful with these situations. I would highly recommend them to anyone that has a sick or very old loved one that can’t take care of themselves.
