The Caregiver, [Names Removed] director, [Name Removed], are quick to respond and are attentive to my requests.

We had a caregiver named [Name Removed] from the agency. She was very nice, patient, hardworking and courteous.

Our PT knows just how to handle my husband when he gets in his “No, I am not doing it attitude!!!” She is GREAT with him! His nurse is very nice, thorough and gives me suggestions on how to handle mood changes, bathroom problems, medication, and whatever other questions I have. His shower aide is very firm with him when he refuses to take a shower and they come to a working arrangement and get the shower completed!!!!! I admire how she handles him! She has given me safety suggestions on how to protect him when she is not there to help. Overall, a very good experience with everyone who has come to our house to help!

My care giver, for Home instead is [Name Removed] s, My care giver , is very confident she does whatever I ask her of as i need I would not want her replaced by any one else at this time! My case mgr.[Name Removed]. She has been very kind & helpful with all of questions & answered

I live in Oklahoma while my mother lives in South Alabama. Seniors Helping Seniors has been a God send. They are able to take my mother to medical appointments help with light housekeeping and many other things. It makes it so much easier to manage my mother‘s care.

We had an emergency need for help with my mom who is bedridden. The staff at cornerstone responded quickly and they were caring and professional. I highly recommend them.

Each and every person I came in contact with went above and beyond for me. There were times when my needs would change and they would adapt. During one visit I ended up going to the emergency room. Staff stayed with me the entire time, long after their shift had ended. I don't think a friend could have done more. My needs were always placed first. If I need it last minute transportation they would accommodate me. They have excellent values and I strongly recommend them.

Overall experience was good. [name removed] was a good nurse and wanted to check my mom's vitals on each visit. Ease of starting care was good. Reliability was good. Arrived on time. Hesitated to start new tasks if it would put her past the allotted time. I have to rate the experience as a 5 from my perspective. Communication and responsiveness was good. The issue was Eunice wanted to provide more medical care and my mom wanted more cleaning that my mom could not tackle. I wanted someone to help with morning meals, meds, bathing. [Name removed] was a good fit for that.

I've had many so called "home health care" help in the past. And I can honestly say nothing comes close to IAFS. There professionalism, on time, friendly and well mannered staff is unbelievable. I wish I'd found them years ago. Great work IAFS ??.

Reliability and Punctuality seems like there was a no show once. The rest were all 5's. We were happy with the service and mom liked the care givers. We just didn't need that level of care moving forward and Caring People are in the building and offered a medication in the am only service for a half hour price. It was more convenient

All are 5s. I thought the costs were high. They were the most expensive in the 5 I spoke to. After doing some checking around and found out what they paid their caretakers I was aghast.
