I have visited the Lodge at Mallard's Landing twice. I had lunch with a resident ambassador who answered my questions. He and other residents and staff members were friendly. I felt at home there. While touring with [name removed] I passed a bingo game. I saw nice facilities like the theatre and exercise room. The second time I went I took my dachshund to check on how he fit in. He did great and people enjoyed him. I also toured a n open apartment.. Now I am waiting for an apartment to open up because I plan to make this my home!

My Mother lived at the MMC and considered it her home for 5 years until she passed away last [date removed]. She told me she loved it there. In my opinion, that was the highest compliment any facility could receive. The management, supervisors and caregivers were outstanding, loving and caring. And, all the employees were the same. The housekeeper would listen to my Mother and make sure she had everything needed. The kitchen staff learned her diet needs and preferences. The other residents were kind and helpful with each other which (in my opinion) was a reflection of good management. The facility was clean and the care was organized and consistently of high quality. I visited my Mother several times a week and she was treated with respect and kindness. And, I noticed the staff treated all the residents (and their family) the same. The residents were listened to and any conflicts were handled promptly. This is a quality place to entrust the care of your loved one.

It was so nice to get all the information in one place. Setting up tours for us too. My mother in law is now at CIEL and we absolutely love it, she loves it too! So clean, large rooms, so many activities everyday. Every one we have meet is so helpful and kind. We can't thank you enough for helping us find our mom (mil) a safe, happy, loving place she calls home now.

The staff here have done an excellent job with redirection and diffusing when my mom has gotten agitated. They’ve been very helpful with techniques for our family as well. My mom has started adjusting and improving after 2 weeks.

The staff clearly really care about the residents that live there. You can just feel the "positive vibe" when you walk thru the front door. Coming from another facility it's easy to tell that Kings Manor is the only choice.

Ask a lot of questions so that you fully understand how and why things work the way they do. I am still learning reasons for how things work and the managers are always willing to answer my questions and address my concerns.

What we like the most about the community is that they were all helpful and the facility was very clean. Yes, we would recommend Holi Senior Living based on the experience we have had with the community.

Advice to anyone thinking about entering any Assisted Living Facility 1: If you can handle your own meds do not let them know your medications. There are laws which give them lots of control over the situation such as which pharmacy they use to acquire your meds unless you want to pay an extra fee to use your own pharmacy. Meds from their pharmacy may be more costly than meds using your own pharmacy. 2: If you have Long Term Care Insurance, get assessed by a licensed health care provider employed by the facility you plan to enter and make sure that assessment matches up with the language and definitions in your LTC plan to qualify for benefits. (substantial care and activities of daily living etc.)

We have had a very good experience since moving my mom and dad into Harbour Pointe. The staff has been kind, attentive, responsive, and professional. Any concerns we’ve had have been immediately addressed. Our parents seem happy, content, and love the food! We highly recommend Harbour Poibte!

Mirror lake staff was friendly, helpful, and ready to answer any questions. Very nice people. At the facility she's at now, it seems there's always something going on. At mirror lake, just seems quiet all the time .

The residents are active, out and about, doing things. Not like a lot of other places we saw where the halls were ghost towns. Food is excellent. Everyone is so friendly and we would absolutely recommend The Lodge at Mallard's Landing to other families

They are helpful. At times if a hearing aid is out of the ordinary it may take some teaching for them to understand how it works. Also there are for example two rooms 202. One in building A and one in building B. I have had things fall into the laundry and end up in the wrong building but corresponding room. I had them check the laundry in that other room and hearing aids were found.

What we like the most about Holi Senior Living is the size of the community and AL is all on one floor. The staff are assigned patients for the shift which provides more consistency. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

Question one overall experience for my sisters and myself I would say a five they've been very helpful very attentive answer answering questions right away that we would have Question two cleanliness of the facility of five Question three friendliness the staff has been extremely friendly and very kind to my mother and extremely knowledgeable and friendly to my sisters and myself Question for quality of care on the behalf of Ciel I would give them a five we do experience some issue between doctors orders when Ciel is seeking information and change of medication for my mother. Question five administrative staff again a five they are easy to reach. Get back to you right away very kind and understanding with the family members and I often see them checking in with the residence. Question six food they have a chef on staff. I've had the pleasure of attending three family meals with my mother, and the food has always been good so again at five. Question seven activities they have a wide variety of activities. They also offer life loop so I would say a five. And then the last question that you have value of four money this is a hard question to answer because we went from paying $[removed] a month to $[removed] a month so it has been quite a hit on our budget, but I will say that we have great peace of mind having my mom at Ciel. It was the right move for my family, and we are now in the process of trying to set her up with the Medicare spend down so maybe this would be a four for us

Overall, I really liked the Lodge at Mallards Landing. It's a beautiful facility, and the staff is very friendly. My mother was in the memory care facility at The Lodge.

Staff are very friendly and always asks 'how you doing today' and if you need anything. The meals are delicious and are served by a great staff that come by and check to see if there is anything else that is needed. Suggest a 'doggie bag' for the dessert. Lots of activities to keep you busy

I would say that they are super caring, compassionate and really know how to take care of dementia patients! They refer to Ciel as their home and treat them like family. They decorate and have all kinds of fun activities for the patients to do. They are always kind to the visitors when we go visit our loved ones and keep us in touch with pictures birthdays, events, meals etc.!

I like the fact that there are no hidden fees at Holi Senior Living. They're all very nice and helpful there.

Hats off to Race the chef. [name removed] is constantly working to improve the dining room experience such as creating an expanded menu and consulting with the residents to get their input. The Director [name removed] and his whole staff are always very welcoming and helpful to make sure residents are well cared for in their health, emotional, physical, informational, entertainment, and countless other needs. Don’t forget the residents. They add much to making this place a joyful atmosphere in which to reside. Your body, mind, and soul will be nourished here at Harbour Point Senior living.
