Mom moved from another facility; therefore, we have a point of comparison. We knew we had made the right choice from the moment we arrived. We were greeted by the staff, who accommodated our arrival time. They were attentive, immediately set up her TV, provided us a full orientation of everything we would need to know. Mom has been at CareOne Hamilton for two months, and the service has been consistent. There is always a friendly staff member around to assist or ask questions. They all know Mom by name, and we have felt welcomed and have participated in the family nights. We had a family gathering, and it was easy to arrange. I have called the nurses for questions and have had immediate responses. The facility is always clean. Mom was at a fancy facility that fell short in every area highlighted in this review. Mom's room is always clean, and she is always well-groomed.

My father has been living at Care One of Hamilton for over a year. From the initial tour/visit by the Director of Sales, I knew Care One was the place. They made the move in process extremely smooth, easy, and walked us through it all. From the administration, care, activites, and maintenance teams, everyone has made us and my family member feel very welcome from day one. The Activites team does a great job with arranging outings, activities during the day for the residents and planning monthly gatherings for family and friends of the residents which we always look forward to.

I will forever be grateful to Harmony Village Care One at Jackson. Making the decision to place my mother in a care facility was one of the hardest decisions of my life. The time [removed names] took with me to discuss the pros and cons was so important. I did not fell like they were “trying to make a sale” I felt like they were going to give me back my mom and allow me to concentrate all of my energy into to being the best daughter I could be. I love this facility so much that I’ve decided to make it my new career!

I have come to visit a family friend on several occasions. The staff is always so nice and caring. The facility is very clean and my friend throughly enjoys the food. She is very well taken care of, and that is the most important thing.

Everyone there are friendly and courteous and helpful. if you have a question [name removed]Will, gladly answer it for you. They are all very helpful. The place is very clean and also the restrooms. Also, the cook makes very good food.

I was in search of a new home for my 98-year-old aunt who has dementia. She was living in a care facility in western Pennsylvania. I needed her to be closer to me in the Philadelphia area. Guided by a friend, I checked out Care One at Hamilton, New Jersey. I was pleasantly surprised by the facility and the staff. Although my aunt has only been here a short time, I feel she is in a safe place. While visiting my aunt, I have observed the staff (care givers and administrative) treat every resident with the utmost respect. I usually go during mealtimes. The food smells good and the facility is clean. There is a printed schedule of daily activities to help my aunt choose one to participate in. I am very happy that I found Care One.

The facility is both clean and comfortable. But the truly outstanding characteristic is the staff. They are extremely helpful, friendly, courteous, polite, respectful, etc. Also, they offer numerous support/ancillary services, e.g. physical therapy, podiatry, etc.

[removed date] my sister in law and special needs nephew required an emergency placement. I was lead to CareOne through referral from Brightstar. CareOne moved mountains in order to place them in just two weeks. I was in constant contact, day, night and weekends with administrators and the Nursing Staff. Everything went smoothly and timely. My sister in law is still residing at CareOne, my nephew, as planned , has been placed into a special needs group home through the state. Once again CareOne did an outstanding job with a tight holiday weekend timeframe procuring all medical requirements for his move. The staff is always courteous, professional and truly care for their customers. The grounds and building is immaculately maintained. A great business always starts with the top leadership and runs down to all employees. In summary, I would highly recommend CareOne Hamilton to anyone placing a loved one in assisted living care .

The staff and leadership at C1 of Hamilton is what sets it apart from all others. The genuine care and compassion backed up by first class communication is valued and appreciated. Our family feels 100% comfortable with our dear mother in C1’s care and commitment to giving her a quality of life she deserves. From the day we did a tour with [removed name] to engaging with all medial and senior leadership on property our family can not say enough about the care Mom has received at C1 of Hamilton [removed name] is an amazing leader and it shows on her Team. [removed name] is now family and watches over Mom’s care like she is her own parent. [removed names] also have adopted Mom and our family as their own and we are eternally grateful for their compassion. C1 is not a facility it’s a place to call Home and we are grateful and humbled to be apart of their community

We were referred to Care One Parsippany, NJ, Assisted Living, by our helper at A Place For Mom. We wanted to compare it to another facility close to our home. Mom moved in 4 days ago and is thriving. Participating in several activities, making friends and at this stage in her life happy to see lots of other folks using mobility devices like she is. She is especially happy that there are later hours for all meals. She is not a very early riser and this makes her happy. I hope to see more positive things happening with Mom in the coming weeks and months.

I visited my Aunt this week at Harmony Village in jackson. The holiday spirit is alive and well at Harmony. My aunt told me she enjoys most of the events. She has made a few friends and she seems happy. I am happy my family chose this community and that my Aunt gets to experience the festivities. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for a nice place for their family member. Thank you.

My grandmother is currently at CareOne at the Cupola and our experience has been very positive. The staff is friendly and patient. They truly make an effort to keep her comfortable and involved in the daily activities. The facility is clean and the atmosphere feels warm. We are kept up to date on her care which gives us peace of mind. Choosing care for a loved one is never easy but we feel she is safe and well looked after here.

The food is consistently great, with plenty of options that she actually enjoys. The staff is outstanding—kind, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure residents feel comfortable and respected. Went to visit a friend and everything was so clean and beautiful. We also ate with them and the food was so delicious! The staff were supper friendly and made our experience a great one!! So happy we had such an amazing experience!

Everyone has been great and my mother is in the best place for her. The staff is truly amazing and caring. I would recommend Harmony village assistant living to anyone who would love a warm, home feeling, caring, clean environment to live in Harmony, this is the place. Everyone from the front desk to maintenance are there ton help.

The CareOne at the Cupola is a wonderful place that has become a stable & safe home for Mom. The staff is extremely friendly and connected to all its residents. I am extremely grateful to the staff, nurses, and management that helped me & my Mom navigate the transition that created a much needed managed care environment at an extremely difficult time. We are more than happy with our decision because my Mom is enjoying her new managed care experience

Everything was great! Very clean and professional. Answered all my questions thoroughly and took their time. Very happy I stopped by to take a tour with my mom and dad. Then we’re very satisfied too.

Absolutely a doll with regards to knowing absolutely everything there was to know ! Answered all our questions and concerns and even when I called to follow up she was attentive and respectful! Understood our concerns and didn’t shame us for asking questions!
