We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to Vista Corona Senior Living Management (VCSL), Staff, and Employees for their extraordinary care, during our father’s stay at Vista Corona Senior Living. Every Day we were greeted with a genuine smile by [name removed] or someone at the front desk. Every person we passed in the hallway greeted us with a good morning or afternoon. The Dining Room staff remembered the family of [Name Removed] our father, and took care of our father, whether we were there or not. The peace of mind VCSL brought to our family was so appreciated. We know some days were difficult but their dedication made it more bearable and peaceful. [name removed] organizing the Care Plan meeting with Compassionate Care Hospice and other VIP team players was remarkable, and such a stress reliever to know our father was being taken care of by so many incredible people, too many to list… but we appreciated every one of them! We were so grateful for the unified collaboration Vista Corona Senior Living and Compassionate Care Hospice teaming together to provide care for our father while still taking care of our family needs, working along-side of his personal Caregiver, as if she was a very important team member; which she was. As with their other patients, our father needed ongoing care, safety, and proactive measures in place to help him AND the family to work through current and future situations. The Management Team, Staff, Med Techs, Caregivers, Hospice, Meal Service, Housekeeping, and many others at Vista Corona went above and beyond to take care of our Father and make sure our every need was taken care of so we could concentrate on spending quality time with our father during his last days. Many Thanks to VCSL for being such a blessing to our family!

Grossmont Gardens is a beautiful place. The grounds are wonderful. We were treated very nicely. Lety was the person I had most contact with...she helped me from start to finish. She was wonderful..My dad was not at the facility very long. Only about 3 weeks. His room was great and caregivers were good to him. Only thing I could find negative was the cleanliness...The facility was keep very clean but thought his room could of been cleaned a little more.. but know they are all very busy..the food looked and smelled good but my dad didn't eat much...activities my dad do not participate in but I saw other folks participating in...overall experience was very good...but Lety had a big part in helping me in this difficult time...

5. They were very good. The staff are very friendly and caring. They do a lot with the patients and yes we would recommend Grossmont Garden's Memory Care to other families.

We would rate a 5 for all. What we like the most about the community is their staff, the price of the care, and that there are a lot of games to participate in. Yes, we would recommend Vista Roseville to other families.

My mother passed away and the staff, nurses, etc were very helpful with everything I needed to do. The administration though didn't even offer their condolences. Nurses, med techs etc are very helpful. Food staff was great, receptionists were great and helpful, again as far as higher up not so good. So many of great employees had left the facility due to the new management/ owners of the facility. It was a great place when it was [removed] not so good when it changed to Vista. A lot of fees for things that were included with [removed].

My aunt was at this facility before she suddenly passed away. The entire experience was very positive and the staff was very helpful and caring when she passed. I would recommend this place for your loved one

It's one of those places you need to see. The well kept grounds create a peaceful outdoor setting for its residents. Absolutely recommend it. Mom says the staff is very kind too.

We only visited this location as a possible residence for my parent, this the "N/A" ratings. I don't know about there. [name removed] the sale person was very helpful and easy to talk to. He was thorough in his presentation and very patient.

my mom’s been at Grossmont Gardens a year now and she’s happy there, which is such a relief. She knows everyone, and the staff know me too. When she first moved in, she complained about her AC, and while she was away in rehab for 3 months, they replaced it and kept all her belongings safe. They make sure she has meals she likes, help her with everything since she’s largely disabled, and provide transportation to appointments. After losing my dad and coming from an unsafe living situation, this place has been a blessing for both of us—especially since I’m recovering from a stroke myself.

What stood out the most is the very good communication. The food could be better. I would recommend this community to others.

5 to all! Everyone very nice. Bathroom smaller than we hoped If family member is in a wheelchair its fine but smaller. Careful driving if electric. This day and age price for assisted living. Price point for services can be expensive. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families and reasonable pricing

Grossmont gardens has been great. They have been great with my father. He is well cared for. Med tech is very good. They communicate very well with me.

Very happy with such a warm and welcoming community. My ex husband has became a resident and it has been a lovely experience for him and our family. He was received wonderful assistance from [name removed] from the beginning and each and every staff member has been attentive his and helping him settle in. The community is lovely well kept the food is wonderful. Lots of great activities and caring people, Only thing missing are name badges for residents would have been there longer to help the new people to adjust and get settled.

Everyone there is friendly. Always ask how my brother is,he's been ill and staying in his room unless he has doctor appointments. They ALL know him by his name and mine to for that matter. The facility is clean and I love the fresh smell in the hallways. The whole working group from the chef to the front desk to the cleaning crew is amazing. I'm so glad my brother picked Vista and he loves it there. Plus the price was the most reasonable and for the price he has everything he needs and didn't pay for extra stuff he wasn't gonna use anyway.

What we think they could improve on would be the food, the food is not good and they run out. However, what we like the most about the community is that they have a lot of activities and things that keep you active.

The rent keeps going up. Room size is good and the meals are usually good.

Everyone was very friendly. The residence all seemed happy and well taken care of. Everything was clean.

Give them all 5's. I doubt my FIL participated in any activities. I was able to observe a lot of things going on when walking through. Staff was always helpful and friendly. It takes special people to work in a unit like that. It is very confusing putting a loved one in a facility. I could ask anyone I saw a question and they either had the answer or directed (or took me to) the person who would have the answer. [name removed] was in a double that shared a bathroom with another double. I never say anyone use the bathroom. His roommate had too much stuff stacked up in the room. By the second day someone had moved his things around which helped a lot. Between wheel chairs and furniture it was "cozy". I would encourage family to bring as little as possible and add as things are needed. They really need so little. Laundry staff was awesome. Frequent washings, keeping track of who had what...[name removed]'s roommate looked like someone had brought everything he owned and dumped it in the room. Several large suitcases, dresser, wheelchair etc. The poor man was never out of bed, basically vegetative. It would have been easier to care for him if 95% of the stuff was not there.

[name removed] was very helpful, and explained everything. The staff seemed nice. The community was clean. The area is nice too! We had a great experience !! Great place...

The day she passed the staff was extremely caring and compassionate as to the families feelings. We really appreciated their help and concern I would definitely recommend this facility to others.
