Our father’s health has steadily declined over the past few years. Since his diagnosis, our family has done our very best to meet his growing personal and medical needs. However, as his condition continued to worsen, we realized that we could no longer manage his activities of daily living without additional help. Our family agreed that if we did not feel comfortable with the assigned caregiver, we would request a replacement. Fortunately, the coordinator did an exceptional job assessing our family’s culture and understanding our father’s needs. We were fortunate that the very first aide assigned to us exceeded all expectations. She is attentive, patient, and compassionate with our father, and our mother adores her. She has blended well with our family and provides outstanding care for our father.

While I was across the country, my father—who is the primary caregiver for my mother—was injured and suddenly unable to provide the care she needs. We have been so pleased to have Home Instead provide caregivers for my father. They are excellent at communicating and work with the family to provide a plan of care. It’s easy to change schedules as needed. Without Home Instead my dad would certainly not be able to continue to live independently. They are so caring and do anything that dad needs. They follow up regularly to assure that everything is going well.

The owner came out and spoke with my elderly parents and set up the workers who would come out. She made them feel very comfortable when they were very resistant to having anyone come in to help. They love the caretakers who come to help them. This was a total success story!

I'm very happy with the caregiver services by Seniors Helping Seniors. I've had two different women help me and my wife with a wide variety of work including serving meals, assisting with showering and dressing, washing and drying clothing, cleaning floors, and watering shrubs in the yard.

The nurse who came to assess me the first day care started discovered a life threatening condition. As a result, I ended up in the ICU and had to cancel the scheduled services, then resume again when I left the hospital. They took care of the rescheduling with ease and were great about setting me up with the perfect caregiver for my needs. I had no complaints at all.

Lil is receiving great care. All caregivers, especially Lynn and Brie, have exceeded expectations. Also, I want to thank Kaely for ensuring Lil is covered with qualified and reliable caregivers.

We loved our care taker. She was always on time and always pleasant. She was intuitive and able to anticipate my husband’s needs. We terminated our contract only because my husband was hospitalized with another stroke.
