It took a little time for them to find a caregiver for the hours we needed. We had a fill-in caregiver come to our home who actually did not provide any care. After he left, we found my father still laying in wet and soiled bed and undergarments. I brought this to the attention of the agency, and they did not charge me and did not send that caregiver back to my home. I would recommend, they were very responsive.

The care giver [name removed] was absolutely fantastic. She was so caring with my mom and did a great job. She was the best and made this journey much easier. She was the standout of the entire visiting angels experience.

Honestly, I would give them a 5 across the board.When I explained my concerns and wishes to them, they listened and acted on them. When I saw something I wanted them to do differently, they did it without any problem. [name removed] has gained my mom's confidence, she is able to get her to shower and exercise regularly and my mom seems to be very happy with their relationship.

I would give them a five on all categories. They even submitted all invoices and paperwork for our ling term care insurance reimbursement. Yes, we would definitely recommend their services to others.

They were very knowledgeable in all areas of care, and were very helpful when it came to the insurance aspect. They paired their helpers perfectly with my parents! Communication through their app has been a bit slow, however, I know that I can call or text at any time for more urgent needs.

They are 5s across the board. They are always available for concerns outside of care hours. I have nothing to compare the price to but it's manageable. When my mother was able to speak she shared that she really liked the team. Now that she is total care I appreciate the support and understanding given to me the full time care giver for my mother, alone.
