We LOVE Homewell!! [name removed] the scheduler and [name removed] the care manager have been so accommodating with the schedule and my mom absolutely ADORES [name removed], the caregiver as do we! Thank you so much for the recommendation.

My sister has been very pleased with [name removed] and the other helpers sent to her home. They are excellent in their care, always there when they are scheduled, and flexible in setting up days with my sister. We would highly recommend them.

I really didn't think I could cope with a stranger in my house and certainly didn't think my husband would accept the help. We interviewed many companies and thankfully went with Veloure. Their care and comfort had been invaluable. My husband has a real relationship with his aide and I can't imagine my life without his support. The company goes above and beyond to support all of our family members. They provide excellent care and will do anything that my husband needs. He has taken him out shopping, helped him pick out new clothes and even brought him a very thoughtful birthday present. The owner is a nurse and had done wound care for him. They have all been a comfort to me and my family and I have recommended them to friends and neighbors. In a nutshell they really care!

I've been very pleased with their service. When all five of my family members came down with Norovirus, they had 24 hour care givers to us for my husband within a day of our call to them. We have continued with five days 8 hours per day since then. [name removed] is compassionate, skilled, and a joy to have in our home.

My situation with my daughter isn’t the normal situation the One You Love encounters however, they took in the challenge and have provided exemplary care for her. Finding the right fit in a caregiver is so critical and there were multiple tries, but we found the perfect match and it’s been a light in our lives. [name removed] and [name removed] commitment to their clients is exceptional! They truly care about us and went above and beyond to make sure my daughter is happy and comfortable with her caregiver.

After working with mom and pop service providers we wanted a change to a professionally managed and operated company. What a game changer! Most important is their ability to attract warm competent caring care givers! Mom is happier! Second they have a system of checks and balances that reduce the need for us to check on amd babysit the caregiver. It gives us more time to focus on mom. Very happy. Would never to back to mom and pop operator. Mom is too important to risk that option

I cannot do the physical things my mom requires due to my own disability so I needed to hire caretakers. Another agency I hired I didn't ever feel comfortable leaving her. I found myself helping them often. To the point I ended up injuring myself. I was doing most of all meal prep, she never wanted me to leave and I had to reassure her I was not leaving her. I finally had enough and decided to change agencies. This company and their CNA's are night and day different. The moment they came in they reassured me right away and I could feel a complete difference right away. They asked where everything was and they were on the ball. I remember sitting there thinking, well why am I here. They are doing everything with ease. They were so kind to my mom whom full mobile disability and dementia. They calmed her if she got agitated or confused. I am very protective of my mother. The fact that I know she is in good hands is so comforting. They really are so good with her.

Our family wishes to convey our deepest appreciation for the exceptional care provided to my father-in-law, [name removed]. The dedication and compassion demonstrated by your entire team have been outstanding. Your caregivers consistently show remarkable warmth and respect for [name removed], and their regular updates provide us with immense peace of mind. The administrative staff has also been wonderfully communicative and supportive throughout. We are particularly grateful for your team's profound understanding of [name removed]specific dementia needs, allowing for a truly tailored and effective approach to his care. Knowing he is in such capable and empathetic hands brings us tremendous comfort.

Before see a care taker, a manager came to meet my husband and learn about his needs. Caretakers who came were wonderful & caring. They more than met my expectations. I will certainly continue to use them in the future.

This establishment has been very accommodating to our needs. Always available when a change is needed or something comes up. We all love our care giver and she does a fantastic job for us.

[name removed] is a Godsend. She keeps my place emaculate. She runs errands encourages me to exercise to help my mobility. We talk about everything and pray together. And God sent my case manager Angel to me. I just love her.

They take care of me and always on time never let me down and they give me the first 8 hours for free

[name removed] and everyone in the office were always kind and helpful when I called and I felt comfortable calling about any issue I had. The young women who came to care for [name removed] were always comforting and respectful to us and our home. Having them there allowed me the much needed rest I'd missed. The conversations we had were good distractions from worrying about her recovery. I also learned so much watching each carer that helped me when I had to take care of [name removed] myself. And , of course, being human I had a couple of favorites I enjoyed talking with and I felt went beyond the call of duty. [name removed] and [name removed] taught me a lot and were always so kind to us. Some would say this service is expensive but I say it is needed and God provides our needs. Peace of mind is priceless. We have no regrets, [name removed] is up and using a walker now. Hoping to use a cane soon. We are so thankful to all of you. My husband passed away peacefully at home earlier this year. Cornerstone made it possible to receive invaluable homecare support through the VA. Our experience has been wonderful with Mitten Wellness. They have been extremely prompt with communications and patient with my mom and scheduling. I have very much enjoyed working with them and my mom enjoys the visits.

From the first meeting with Senior Helpers I knew they were the right people to help care for my parents. In the initial interview I met knowledgeable and experienced staff who knew how to train caregivers and prepare them to provide top notch care. They have been a blessing to my family.

The two ladies they have sent us have been extremely helpful. They both have pitched right in and took care of the needs that we can’t provide for ourselves. The office staff has been very understanding of what are needs were.

Professional and caring. My mom liked both caregivers that we met. And that is saying a lot! Appreciated their help.

My husband has trouble getting around but pretty self-sufficient. But he does fall so I like to have someone come in and check on him so I can get away. The agency has been great the two times I used them! They did housework, fed my cats and even emptied the cat boxes in addition to seeing if he needed anything!
