Everyone was great. Very helpful and understanding. From beginning to end of service, it's been very easy. The company has always been helpful and compassionate. I recently had a n update with the company and it was exceptional. I talked with others while searching for a caregiver. The answers sound nice but, I wasn't convinced until I talked with this team. They were different in the explanation and empathy. It meant a lot. It made the difference in why I chose them.

What we like the most about A Homemade Plan is the staff and how professional they are. Your staff took good care of my late husband and worked to maintain his dignity during the last week of his life. Based on the experience we have had, I would recommend this community to other families.

The management staff very nice easy to talk with very caring to your loved ones need. The caregiver assigned to my mother was loved when they first met. A Homemade Plan has been very helpful in providing extra care for my Mother.

We’ve been very pleased with A Homemade Plan. From day one, they’ve been responsive, extremely flexible, and always available for questions or to provide options when our situation changed on an hourly basis (which it did, several times). When we notified them that a particular caregiver wasn’t a good fit with our family member, they immediately replaced her with someone who was a better match. We now have a full-time live-in caregiver through A Homemade Plan, and are very pleased with the care our loved ones are receiving.

The A homemade Plan people are great. When I first called them, one of the owners came to my house right away and by the next morning, we had a caregiver in our home. The caregiver was steady, and she took very good care of my father. They were truly a blessing.

The caregiver Melissa was on time, cheerful and comforting, and very good with my mother. We would use them again if needed in the future.

We love them. The girl they found for us has been great. She takes really good care of my parents. She will call me with any thing unusual or concerning. She is reliable, and even goes above and beyond. The billing has also been really smooth.

Although things didn't work out due to a change in the care needs of my loved one I thought the aides from Angels of Care did an excellent job overall, we were quite pleased with them! The aide we worked this was very responsive, and seemed to get along great with Mom. I appreciated how flexible and adaptive they were during any crises that occurred. They were very understanding, and always will to try and work with you.

The office staff is helpful and committed to finding the right fit for customers needs, caregiver [name removed] has been a Godsend! Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend A Homemade Plan to other families who may need their services.

In the three months that I have worked with A Homemade Plan, I have found that they have some excellent caregivers. It’s hard to tell from just one or two staff members in such a short period of time but overall I would say this is an excellent organization and for me, Connie makes all the difference in her excellent support.

So far things are going pretty well. They have been reliable, no real problems with people being late, or not showing up. We get the same couple of people on a steady schedule, so the consistency is nice.
