I highly recommend The Residence At Pompano Beach. I was completely impressed with the professionalism and customer care of the staff especially [name removed], who went above and beyond to ensure that my family member’s admission / transition went smoothly.

My brother lives here .The staff truly do care about their residents here . They get daily care at top rate. I recommend this facility to any loved one looking for a place to live. The facility is very unique in how it is laid out. Very spacious for privacy and little gatherings for residents and family to visit. My Brother loves it here he says the food is superb also. When my brother is HAPPY so am I.

My sister is a resident at Midtown Manor and has been for several years. Over the past year it seems as if some very positive changes have ben made. The facility is nicer, cleaner, staff seem to be more friendly. I know it has changed Administrators and management so maybe that's why but myself as well as my sister have noticed a huge change in how things are run. Whatever you're doing keep it up because it really is making a difference and she is much happier there now then she was in the past. thank you, A loving family member

My brother has mental health issues and was admitted to the facility a few months ago. We have found that Midtown Manor really suits his needs from a medical and social standpoint. It seems to be all around great care. he is enjoying his time there and has made some friends at the facility. I also have found that the Administrator has been excellent in communication w/ me regarding his care something which I have found to be rare in several facilities we have dealt with over the years. Sure the place could use a bit of a makeover aesthetically however we are most pleased with Midtown Manor so far and the care that our brother is receiving. Should that change I will update this review but so far we are very pleased.

Wife has been there for a few years. Staff are great. Keeps her busy. She seem to like it. And has her favorite staff she visits.. daily

Quality care for a reasonable price. It is very well-kept despite its age. The staff are incredible with the people. The entire process was positive as they ensure all will be fine. From the marketer down to moving him in, everyone was so encouraging, friendly and just so loving. My friend adjusted in no-time and enjoys living at Haven. Memory Care is not an easy situation. This by far was the most interaction that I've seen my friends has done and they show me the same love.

Out of all the places I have been to, it wasn't the most appealing. However, the care provided is to brag about. The girls are so patient, loving, understanding and professional. They love on their residents as if it were their own parents. The food is average. Activities is as busy as the residents. I say that because it truly is like keeping a preschooler occupied. My mother loves it there, which makes me happy. Wonderful staff whom are very knowledgeable in memory care.

It has been a bit of an adjustment for my mother here at this community. Overall I know she is safe and in good hands. The community looks great, they do very good job with making sure her room and the community are well maintained. They have a wonderful staff here, they are caring for her very well. There are nice activities offered, they really encourage the residents to be active. There is lots of space for the residents to walk around. Also it is a locked down facility, so I know she is safe. This is a nice home I would recommend it.

My 94 year old father is so happy at Haven House. He's well taken care of, loves the activities and raves about the food. It's reasonably clean (I'm sure they keep it as best they can) and the staff is so nice. It's such a relief to know he's so well cared for. Thank you Haven House and it's hardworking crew.

Loved it. Very clear and clean air as soon as I entered. Was greeted by Jeannie [Removed] with whom I had an appointment. Lovely lady warm and welcoming manner. Quaint decor simple cottage-type of feel. Was introduced to residents and staff along the tour. Everyone pleasant residents happy. Calm and orderly atmosphere. Very productive meeting with Jeannie did not feel pressured. She answered my questions with complete understanding of my needs. She got me right away. The apartments are a good size offer what you need. This was my first visit. I felt so at home. And had full confidence that my mother would feel comfortable and calm. I know she would be safe and secure . The fact that it is a small residence appealed to me.

All the staff was very friendly and very loving and very helpful and all the patients we saw there looked happy and they knew them all by name. In general Seaside Manor seemed like a really happy place to live.

We were elated to find Midtown manor. We were on a tight budget and the folks at Midtown helped us with my Father by accommodating our Budget. The food is great and the staff is super. My father is very pleased and we are very grateful. The facility is run by Majestic Care USA. They run a tight ship.

They’ve always got something going on. There is a nice courtyard. They could use another handicapped parking space, otherwise it’s okay. The food is okay. They were a clean community and the staff is friendly enough.

I cannot say enough about how wonderful Harmony House is. During the past year all of the employees I interacted with - from the Executive Director to line staff, were helpful, warm, caring and friendly. Calls were always returned in a timely manner, and the couple of concerns I had during my mother's stay were resolved immediately. The medical care provided by the Nurse Practitioner is excellent. The facility is clean, the rooms are spacious and the meals are good. My mother thrived at this facility and was very happy there. The Executive Director, Paul, is exceptional. Words cannot express how grateful my family and I are to Harmony House for providing my mother with the best possible care. I would highly recommend Harmony House to someone in need of a secure memory care facility.

Our Mother lived at Harmony House for about 3 years. She had cognitive dementia and could be challenge. She had been at another home in town and it was an awful experience for her and for us. She fell constantly, the staff did not how to deal with her etc.. That all changed when she was transferred to harmony House. Paul and the Staff at HH know how to deal with people with Memory challenges. While living there she felt safe, rarely fell, was cared for and thrived . Her dementia did not worsen until toward her transition. They have activities the residents can participate in . I live across country and Paul and the staff were great about keeping informed if something came up or if they felt she needed to hear from one of her kids.

My friend has lived at Harbor House At Ocala for 4 years. My friend is happy, joyful and at peace knowing she will never have to worry who will care for her. All her needs are meet. At 93 years old her mind is sharp and she loves her life. The staff is attentive and try to meet the needs of residents. The dining room is a beautiful place for residents. [Name removed], activity director goes all out for New Year, Valentines Day, St, Patricks Day, Easter, Fourth July, Thanks Giving and Christmas. She does it all with a big heart and smile. The food is good and the Chef goes out of her way also. [Name removed], who works in the dining room is attentive to residents and family members.

Overall we are pleased with how things have gone with Haven House! I looked at quite a few different options during my search, and I felt that Haven House was an excellent balance between quality and price. I also felt that during the sales process the administration at this facility was the most honest and forthcoming about their pricing and what they provide. The facility itself is generally clean and well kept, and the care staff are patient, accommodating, and overall very professional. I have been particularly impressed by the woman at the front desk, she is perhaps the best multitasker I have ever seen! I've seen her hold 3 different conversations at once while still writing a note out for me. There are a few areas I believe they could improve in, however. I was not particularly impressed by the food I was served when I ate lunch here, although the residents seemed to like it just fine. I've also had a bit of trouble getting my loved one's medication integrated into their system. They have a specific way they do thing and it hasn't meshed well with my loved one's current medication provider.

From the first handshake to begin a tour for my Dad to his actual transition to Assisted Living at Seaside Manor, we were impressed with the staff and residents. Everyone is so helpful and loving and welcoming. The accommodations and activities are wonderful. So far, the level of care has been beyond expectation!

The community is lovely and a small community. The staff communicates very well and really accommodates my loved one. I know my loved one is safe. I would recommend this community to others based on my experience.
