My in-laws have resided at The Willows for one month now. They love the food. Everyone on staff is extremely friendly. The services provided to my father in-law have been in place for about 3 weeks now and the staff have helped get the medications coordinated.

Gardens at Wakefield is a very welcoming place. The residents we encountered seemed very happy. The facility looked and smelled very clean and inviting. It felt like home when we walked in the front door.

I am glad I got my sister in Foxbridge. I have visited her numerous times. She is well taken care of and seems very happy. They keep me informed on her progress and needs.

I can't score the food as I haven't had that. I believe all the others would be a 5. What we like the most about the community is The ease of getting in and out of the facility, friendliness of staff and the best part is communication from staff about your loved one's well-being.

The call from [name removed] was just absolutely the most welcoming, helpful, efficient. And the input from the administrator[Name Removed], the billing department, the nursing--- they were forthcoming, immediate, and open with compassion and obvious concern for residents needs and access to any and all tools and facility adaptations. They allow Alexa! And ice cream every day! And are very forward thinking in providing ease for needs you haven't yet realized you have-- or have; but elsewhere you were met with coldness and exasperation. Their mission statement says it all and they live it. Every moment of every day.

Milford Place greets you with an attractive exterior that includes a large circular drive way surrounding the building. Could be a nice place for a walk with your loved one. On entering, the staff is friendly and welcoming. The property is beautifully and appropriately furnished. All questions were answered and my concerns were addressed. The memory care wing is, again, nicely and appropriately equipped. There is space for activities, space for gathering, and two lovely outdoor courtyards. Activities daily are planned by the friendly staff. This is a cozy, well managed place that can easily be home for those needing memory care in a safe, clean & nurturing environment.

We loved our tour of Terraces. The manager who gave us the tour was very knowledgable about all aspects of the facility. A nurse came to the house to do an evaluation on our mother and my mother really liked the nurse's personality. Hopefully, Mom will be moving in, in the next week or two.

The room size is great and staff is wonderful always helpful. Nursing goes above and beyond and always communicates any issues concerns etc.

5 for them all. Great place and if all works out, we will use them again for respite care. Location, friendliness of the staff and how helpful they were. Mom enjoyed the people and bonded with them while there.

The staff is very attentive. The place is clean and her apartment is great. The food is good and the chef is accommodating. I would recommend them to others who are searching for a place for their loved one.

My mom has a quite roomy apartment perfect for staging areas . The staff is top notch. Love the homey environment and plenty of activities for folks. Very clean and food is good as well.

I toured many other communities and this one by far is the most home-like atmosphere. It is all one level, no elevators to deal with! I moved my mom here last month and she is very happy. She said the food is very good, staff is friendly and care is very good as well. She enjoys participating in the activities and loves her new friends she has made!

[name removed] and [name removed] went out of their way at expediting my dad‘s move-in last week. They turned my nightmare week into a very positive experience. I feel very comfortable at turning my dad‘s care over to Rain Forest Landings crew. thanks for making this happen and relieving me of much stress.

The size of the facility, along with the friendliness of the staff made it a stand out. The employees do seem to enjoy what they do. It's very much a family at The Maynard. I would recommend it to others. They do a lot of activities with the residents. That to me is their superpower.

We are very pleased with all areas of consideration. Clean, clean, clean. Staff is great. Activities are amazing- really keeps mom busy and fulfilled. The culture is also very pleasing amongst the residents- everyone seems well cared for with attention to detail. Absolutely zero complaints- my mother in law has been there about 3 months now.

Staff was very knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming. The facility was very nice and clean. I lived the resources and activities for the residents. It was a little out of my mom's price range.

A wonderful community filled with great staff. Everyone is so helpful, the site is beautiful and in such a great location. I've heard great things about the dining experience as well. They have transportation as well.
