The best staff of the 3 places my mother has lived at - [communities removed]

Brightwater has been exceptional on all fronts would recommend to anyone no disappointments.

My experience with A Place For Mom was exceptional. My contact was [name removed] and I felt like she was with me every step of the way. Brightwater is like walking into a nice hotel. The staff is very friendly and everyone offers to help.

Very caring staff. My father passed away [date removed]. But while he was there he had the best of care under the circumstances.

It's a solid facility. They really care. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience so far.

The staff was wonderful. One thing that impressed me was that they seem to remember everyone's name and greeted them with a warm smile. And when my husband passed away they made me feel that he had been someone they cared about. They even invited me back for visits if I wanted to. Another thing that really surprised me was that my husband passed away on [date removed] and I was given a refund for the rest of that month. Many of my friends didn't have that happen to them. In fact, one woman's mother was only in the facility 2 days, but had to pay for the entire month.

They are all very friendly but don't seem to follow through as much as I feel they should considering the money we are spending. You just need to remind them about stuff

I have been here to visit many residents throughout the years. My experience with nursing homes assisted living and senior care facilities.My experience with visiting Patients or residents throughout the inland Empires Nursing, Rehabilitation, & senior care facilities have taught me to look at the attentiveness , efficiency & overall kindness of the staff.This facility lacks none of those very important attributes. This is a 100% real review ..I don't know anyone who has ever been employed here no conflicts of interest whatsoever. . I'm simply a volunteer that feels compelled to give whatever time or talents I'm able to give.

Meals - They have trouble keeping kitchen staff, and sometimes supply issues, but they have done their best to make sure to offer interesting and changing selections every day, which is excellent. Activities - The inclusion of a washer and dryer in each apartment is wonderful, and allows my Dad to have a sense of routine and purpose, so I will count that as a wonderful "Activity!" Value for Cost - It's not cheap, but it is inviting, safe, cheerful, active living, and my Dad has made a lot of friends in the last two plus years. His words: "This is the nicest place I've ever lived."

The team at Brightwater are professional, caring, and dedicated. They have taken such good care of my mom and have been a big part of her recovery from a stroke. The staff all are loving and we are so blessed for my mom to be there!

My mother is able to be more active at Mount Bachelor than at her previous facility. The staff has learned several strategies for getting her to cooperate and choose to focus their efforts on keeping her safe and clean.

This facility is clean. The grounds are well kept. The food is good. The staff where he was before he oved to the memory care section still ask about him. Hospice from [Hospital name removed] are wonderful. I actually feel lighter.

We can not say enough wonderful things about this community. My Father in law and Mother both live at Cedarview. The staff go above and beyond to ensure everyone is safe and happy. Their empathy and kindness does not go unnoticed.They always have time to lend an ear and help in anyway they can. The food is so good we enjoy joining our family members for meals. We love seeing the big smiles on everyones faces. Thank you for all you do, you are truly appreciated

[name removed] the sales lead was simply amazing. I would also give high marks to A Place for Mom! Helpful. The whole process was painless. Amenities are great. Good food. Hair stylist. Social activities. Staff is super friendly and responsive.

I have been involved with MBMC for close to a year and I truly appreciate the staff and love the residents. I feel I am always greeted with smiling faces, a clean environment, and residents who are happy and engaged. The activities and outings that they do are so much fun and so creative.

My Nana had lived here for a few years and she was exceptionally well taken care of. The care staff are very caring and their compassion shows through their work. My nana struggled with some behaviors during her dementia journey but the Mt Bachelor team seemed very knowledgeable about how to redirect her and creating interventions. Would definitely recommend

Mt. Bachelor Assisted Living community is very understaffed, however our family really loves the look if the community as well as the feeling of the place. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families.

my uncle had been in a rehab facility. It was awful. He was moved here and the experience has just been the opposite. Everyone (staff) makes the residents and visitors feel welcomed and valued. My uncle gets the right accommodations needed. The place is clean, updated and meets the needs of residents and visitors. This was a great find for my uncle

We have been very please with Brightwater. My dad is well taken care of. The staff is very kind and friendly. They call him by name when they speak to him. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. It is clean and smells great. I love the music that plays in the hallways. The other guests seem happy to be there as well. There are a lot of activities for the residents. My dad feels very comfortable in his room and it’s a great set up. Of course you want to be in your own home but this is the next best place to have your loved one kept safe and healthy as well as happy!

Mom and dad both were presenting with changes. Mom with vascular dementia and dad went blind. This was an overwhelming undertaking as I the only child weighed out my options. Brightwater had beautiful curb appeal and lovely interior decor, but could they meet the needs of my parents? I met with [name removed] and yes, there was a solution for all my concerns. We moved in April 2022, it was a dance. Communication was key, I remain involved in the ever changing dynamics of aging and they remain dedicated to solution based caregiving. This has become my home away from home and Brightwater staff are near and dear to my heart.
