Some of them had a hard time \"just sitting\" with mom, wanting instead (it seems) to have an itinerary to which to stick. Our mom is a quiet, introspective woman who isn't going to direct a caregiver's day. On the owners: a company name change came out of the blue, as did the firing of our contact person [name removed]. Once, they wanted to meet and evaluate a caregiver in our home, which is unacceptable to us. They should conduct their business in their place of business.
