Stephen Bucken is General Manager of A Place for Mom’s Senior Care Network, where he leads strategy and execution for the company’s senior living and home care marketplace, with a focus on network growth and partner success.
Stephen brings more than a decade of executive leadership experience building and transforming high-performing healthcare organizations. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Continuum of Care Sales & Account Management at Premier, a healthcare improvement company, where he helped transform the commercial organization to maximize value for non-acute providers.
Previously, Stephen held leadership roles at Amazon, where he led the U.S. non-acute healthcare business for Amazon Business and later led employer sales for the Central U.S. at Amazon Health, including launching the company’s small-business go-to-market strategy. He began his healthcare career at GE Healthcare, managing strategic partnerships and executive relationships with major U.S. health systems.
