As Chief of Staff, Kate Kearns helps drive overall company outcomes by leading high-impact cross-functional initiatives and supporting strong executive collaboration. She partners closely with Tatyana and the executive team to develop compelling & data-driven narratives about A Place for Mom’s mission and strategy.
Kate has a strong background in helping companies solve complex problems and driving top-line and bottom-line growth. She was previously a Senior Director in the strategy practice at EY-Parthenon. She led teams of consultants to drive value for clients across industries, including corporate strategy engagements and buy-side and sell-side commercial due diligence.
She earned her BA from Bowdoin College and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
