
As Chief Marketing Officer of A Place for Mom, Inc., Chris Milone is focused on driving efficient customer growth and expanding the reach of the A Place for Mom brand.
His responsibility spans all aspects of Marketing including customer acquisition, brand, public relations, lifecycle, conversion rate optimization, and marketing analytics. Chris also drives the A Place for Mom customer experience agenda.
A four-time CMO, Chris brings cross-industry growth leadership from fintech and retail marketplaces. His experience spans everything from venture-backed start ups to large publicly traded global corporations. He served as CMO at Laurel Road and Best Egg and also led marketing for ShopRunner. Best Egg and ShopRunner were acquired by Barclays and FedEx, respectively.
Early in his career Chris held a variety of marketing and product roles at HSBC and Barclays including leading customer acquisitions, brand, and lifecycle marketing along with web and mobile transformations. As Head of Digital Strategy at Barclays, he played a key role in launching the ground-breaking, mobile-native Uber Visa card.
Chris earned a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
